Panera Bread

Centrally located on Franklin St, convenient location. This Panera Bread has their own free parking lot surrounding the restaurant which is rather rare for a business on Franklin St. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is lively and there's tons of seating. Check out the Panera app, they have an awesome rewards program, join the beverage sip club right now it's 1st 2 months free. You get unlimited free drinks for most of the beverages!!!

Nice place to sit, work, meet. All the traditional experiences of a Panera Bread. Parking is a little challenging. Food, beverages and servers were great.

Update: They are often busy but always fast, fresh and friendly. I eat lunch here and often pickup dinner here 2-3 times a week.

First impression of this store, I was amazed at the geniune service given upon entry, Gabbi was a pleasant help, very patient and attentive. Soft tone with helping me pick out an order ! Definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a good chipotle melt

It's a wonderful place to get breakfast but the service online is terrible!

A young lady named India was our hostess, answered all our questions. Made great suggestions, and was very pleasant. We both had soup and sandwich and coffee and soda. Food is always good.

Lady that serviced me was so very nice and polite at 6:10am and helped me with my order by giving me a serving tray and showing me how to set up the tray...and while she was getting my stuff ready a man that worked there offered to help me not know that the lady was already helping me and both of them gave me a warm have a good day and thank you

Always a great dining experience! Thank goodness the Panera Bread restaurants aren't hard to find locally and elsewhere. Their Broccoli Cheddar soup is divine! The prices are reasonable for the quality & quantity of food. Servers are always smiling, polite & helpful.

Around 4:30 p.m. yesterday, I had ordered 23 boxed lunches for the company lunch meeting. Orders were taken, therefore they were all unique. Some wanted sandwiches, others salad. Some wanted a chocolate chip cookie, others wanted oatmeal or no cookie. One wanted extra horseradish sauce, one wanted no onions nor tomatoes. Gracie and the evening manager were very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. They had to squeeze in our delivery order because I had emailed the request less than 24 hours. The order arrived on time and in perfect order!

We have used them for our catering needs many times and I have found them to be the best Panera in this area. I'm sorry, but the truth is the light. We will definitely call on Franklin Street again.

Walk-in location off of Franklin Street. The parking isn't the best and lot is a bit awkward. Regular parking on one side and they have a curbside pickup lane on the other if you order through their app. The staff is kind, orders are usually always correct. If they aren't they are incredibly nice and will do whatever it takes to fix it, no issues. Never had a bad experience here.

They were wonderful and took the time to help me find something for my daughter who has multiple allergies! Makes it hard to eat out but they made my morning awesome. Very polite and my wrap was amazing! Thank you.

Got my order and didn't check it until I got home, saw that I was only given half a sandwich. I called in and within 15 minutes they delivered a full sandwich to my house and threw in a couple bags of chips free of charge. The guy who delivered it wouldn't accept a tip. Great job, will go back!

We always go to Panera bread for lunch and everytime we enjoy ourselves. However, this was our first breakfast and it was to die for. I highly recommend getting the avocado egg white sandwich, it was delicious. Not to mention the servers were extremely kind, helpful and enthusiastic given the early hours. We definitely will not just be returning for lunch anymore, but for breakfast as well.

Love the morning bagel and bagel sandwiches menu. Their bagels are as delicious and perfectly made. We went looking for Einstein's Bagel. Good thing it was closed. We enjoyed the best bagels in the area, esp my toasted with honey walnut spread with cappuccino. They had cheerful staff.

All I ordered was Tomato Bisque soup but it was hot and the bread was fresh. It was ready on time as well.

Perfect catering experience. Grace assisted me on the phone and provided an excellent combination of listening to our needs and offering advice. Bought 3 combo sandwich packs ...15 whole sandwiches, 15 bags of chips, 3 extra apples; 10 cookies, all plates, utensils, napkins ...everything we needed and wanted. Order was prepared exactly as requested; fresh, and ready on time. Would buy again and recommend to others. Suggest place order on phone.

The system glitched out but my delivery driver went above and beyond to find me in the school of pharmacy and deliver my order! Danielle, thank you so much for going the extra mile to search through the classrooms and being so friendly! I will definitely use this location again. :)

Great location. Not that big, and too much seating, much nice overall. Friendly and polite staff, quick and efficient service. Easy parking in side lot. The location is a bit behind building and can be tough to see while on Franklin.
