We received timely, caring, and professional service from Poole. They have handled the arrangements for both of my parents and have been easy to work with and very considerate on both occasions. We are thankful that they were there to serve and help us through those challenging times.

My father was home with us on hospice. Hospice let us know we should make contact with a funeral home. We found Poole online and saw they had good reviews and were close by, so made contact. Melissa responded right away and let me know all I needed to do was give hospice their name and phone number. Once my Dad passed they took care of everything perfectly from beginning to end.They made everything very clear upfront in a compassionate way. They were patient and helpful with questions. When I asked for a couple changes Melissa was quick to respond and make the change. One of our friends that was supposed to speak had Covid and Melissa communicated with him directly so he could record his message. It was played right on time with no difficulties whatsoever. If you are in need of funeral services, I would not hesitate to use this group. You and your loved one will be in good hands.

Unfortunately I have had to use this WONDERFUL facility twice. They took such special care of my family when I lost my oldest son 10 years ago and now I returned to loving hearts and arms to help and guide me thru another heart breaking death. Melissa couldn't have been any kinder. It was as though we were actual family members.
Today I arranged for my middle son to join his older brother. Even though I went thru this difficult process a decade earlier, the wound to my heart was just as fresh, but Melissa knew how to listen and ask questions at the correct times. She is a Godsend.

Poole Funeral Service took care of both my parents years ago and last week they did my brother's service. They do a great job and everyone is so helpful. I would highly recommend them. When they do a service the family has nothing to do, they take care of everything and the service is perfect.
