Excellent customer service. Dwayne was wonderful. He was very professional and friendly. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle throughout the day and on the cost of the additional work that I requested. I really like the fact that AAA provides a warranty for their work as well.

The staff here is amazing. The services are overpriced. Nice place! I'm sure their work is amazing.

This office was very professional and patient. They took the time and fully explained everything pertaining to my automobile. George and Kari(spelling?) were especially helpful. I have recommended numerous people to them already .

Excellent customer service and no shady business. Pictures of problems are provided but no pressure to get any of the recommendations done. Service is a bit pricey but it is worth paying for the service that you get. It's the only place I take my vehicle for car care.

Great insurance company to have, bc of road side assistance. But your monthly premiums are very expensive. Customer service always very good!

Amazing experience! Had a screw or something in my tire. They had me come right in! Didn't have to wait till next week. They dismounted the tire, patched, plugged and remounted and balanced the tire for $39.99!!! Check this place out!

My experience was absolutely perfect. I cannot say enough about Kendra Y. McCall, the young lady that assisted me with my last minute, drive get away.

Kendra was very attentive to my request and even though she could not find the first couple of locations I requested, she went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations for this vacation. Thank you. Great customer service is a rare commodity.

My inspection was done within 40 minutes. The Car Care advisor was super nice, felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. Very clean, would visit again for car or travel needs.

They have always been prompt and courteous and gone out of their way to help us the many years that we have been going there...despite the changes and turnover in staff. They are ethical too; as one example, we had AAA service come out to charge our dead battery, the contractor said it was dead and needed to be replaced and it was original...six years old on a 60 month battery. We took it to AAA on New Hope, they checked it and said it still had a lot more life left in the battery rather than charging us needlessly for a $200+ replacement and they didn’t charge us for the battery testing. For those of you who have just moved here...having sat in the waiting area and listened to you....having some courtesy, respect and patience towards the staff will go a long way...yes repairs overall are expensive (but a dealer even more so) and there are a lot of people needing and waiting for service with what few independent repair places remain......remember that you are always welcome to enroll at Wake tech. to take several years of car repair courses, keep up on the manufacturer’s software updates, buy your own specialized tools, equipment, lease your own space, get insurance, hire staff, pay bills, get your own lift and oil pit, gain several years of experience and pay for the computer diagnostic equipment yourself....remember that when you are impatient over several hours or have to pay many hundreds of dollars...when you factor all of that in...it really is a value whether you regularly inspect and maintain your car following the manufacturer’s suggestions....or more likely not...

Brought in my truck for an oil change and travel inspection. I am about to hit 100k and they inspected not only for the travel, but the mileage milestone. Ended up being a lot to be done. Over 2500.00. After the tech inspected the truck he had a master tech go over his work. Turns out that there was services listed that were not needed due to some paperwork that had not been updated. Instead of just doing the work anyways, Scott, the helpdesk person I was dealing with, removed the extra items saving me over 600.00. That alone will keep me coming back to AAA.

What a nice experience. The staff were so helpful, friendly. Book a cruise to alaska, they did it all. Amber and Kendra were awesome. We will only use them for our upcoming trips. Glad to see great customer service.

Thought I needed an alternator, after a full diagnostic needed the belt only. Kept me informed at every turn. Offered to take me home and pick me up. Excellent customer service, very nice and polite. Scott! Super job!!

Had my serpentine belt break on Thursday night. Called them Friday morning. They were able to get my in the same day and had my repair done by end of business. Mr. Scott at this location was the absolute best.

Mr. George! 2nd day there, and he made sure my Service was honored as scheduled...although I was about to be turned away. It was and continued to be a heavy and emotional day, but Mr. George uplifted and encouraged me...in the most Professional way.

I wanted to say y’all always take care of me. George Spivey and Kari took care of me up front, and then Thinh Do was my tech. Thinh did an awesome job and George made sure to inform me every step of the way.

I wanted to specifically shout out Kari. Dude made sure to check on so many people, and one lady in particular that had some issues he made sure to take care of specifically. Kari’s part of the reason I come to the new hope location. He helped me once at the old Western Blvd. location, and I’ve stuck with wherever he goes since.

This was my first time using a AAA Car Care Center. I only needed an oil change & tire rotation. Being a AAA member, they did a complete check on my car at no additional charge. The employees were all friendly & courteous. I will definitely use this location again.

Timothy Collins and assistant manager Scott Pacinelli we're so gracious and helpful going COMPLETELY out of their way to help me and my wife out of a tough situation after a local roadside repair company broke our door handle and tried to stick us with the bull.

Can't say enough good things about this store, it's managers, and area manager Eddie Coto. They have earned my business for anything car related going forward. Outstanding customer service!
