The pharmacy technician named Jeremy was very helpful when I got my covid vaccine yesterday. He had to show everyone how to do their jobs and was very patient with them. I recommend talking to him if you have questions. He was
very friendly and knowledgeable

I want to express my highest compliments to the pharmacy team, Onnie especially. These folks have been killin’ it to get folks through the regular pharmacy line and the COVID booster/flu line. This is no easy feat. Please make sure upper management receives these compliments. They are providing excellent customer service while managing the stress and other issues folks bring to them. Keep up the great work!

The little/short lady with the glasses is ALWAYS a pleasure to check-out with. She is ALWAYS smiling and friendly - never seen her have a bad day! She is a Customer Service Light/Diamond: I thought about recruiting her for my business, haha!
I am sorry (and ashamed, lol) to say I forgot her actual name because I call her 'lady bug' - I love lady bugs and think they are cute and friendly! I have seen her so much over the years that we talk about her daughter/grand kids and I give her updates about my daughter :)!
She is Latina and has been at this location for years, wears her hear slicked back in a bun and sometimes ponytail - I hope she is a manager; if not, she deserves to be one!

I’ve been with Walgreens for many years. Each move I have to transfer meds to the closet to me- I must say. Walgreens on Newbern avenue- the 4408 store is absolutely the best- I live 30 minutes away but will definitely travel to continue with this store- the staff is caring - and shows concern - always smiling and never give bad attitude- (like the others)
Chad- is awesome!! He always makes customers feel at ease when stressed about a prescription and he goes the extra. I love this particular store and I always have a great experience.

Opposite of what others have said, I always have a pleasant experience here! I called to transfer my prescription after a mess up on my end, and they did it quickly and efficiently! It was also ready before the time they told me. Will always choose Walgreens over CVS :)

Great experience with Charle & the whole team in this pharmacy from check in for vaccines & picking up a prescription for my daughter and to getting my shots. Highly recommend making an appointment for your vaccines with this team. And the person giving me the shot- Eboni - super professional and gentle. 5 stars for sure!

I just moved to the area a few months ago. I always shop at Walgreens! I usually go there a few times a week. I have to say this store is awesome. I’ve never not been greeted with a smile or been wandering an isle. I particularly want to mention two young men named Camron and Malcolm. I’ve checked out with them many times and they have always been so courteous and kind. So much so, I have now learned their names! Recently I spoke with the manager, Jerry, and he was more than willing to assist me! Something here is being done right!

My scripts have always been filled in about 10 mins. This store is bright and clean, and the staff is very helpful. The location is convenient, particularly if you're leaving Wake Med (and being 24 hours is just another perk).

Love these guys! On a day when they were swamped they pushed through to give the personal service to those in need.

A year later this Pharmacy Team continues to perform. This is one busy store and the always maintain composure and get the job done.

Went this morning to get a covid test, and got the results back fast. And the service was great! I think the person who helped me was named Maria, they were awesome!

Can’t speak on the pharmacy staff but Ms. Antionette that works the front register is always so sweet and friendly. She greets every customer that walks in and is so personable. She’s the highlight of this place!

Very friendly people, polite, the time they say my prescription is ready they call for me to pick it up. I give them 5 stars, hands up to all staff members in the store
