Co Nails

I have received a pedicure twice from here and everytime I fall asleep, which is amazing! The environment is calm and relaxing. With each manicure I receive they exceed my expectations and bring my image to life. The shaping of my nails is my favorite part! If you’re looking to try a new spot, then I recommend.

Friendly staff, very professional environment.
Since we moved here from Virginia a couple of years ago I really struggled with finding a good nail salon. But when I did further research I found this nail salon. A hidden gem tucked away in Knightdale.
Great quality service, friendly, and clean. I think I don't have to look any further. Lynn and staff are some of the most friendly people that work in a nail salon I've met since we moved to North Carolina.
I highly recommend Co Nails rather you're passing through or just a local in Knightdale or wake county.

I love co nails! I’ve been getting gel pedi’s here for over a year now and I always have a great experience. I never have to make an appointment, even on the weekends. They take me back almost immediately, they have a ton of color options, and their prices are very fair!

Update 2/13: (won't let me post another review) once again, Emily knocked it out of the park with my new nail art for my fill ins. She was impressed with how maintained they were, not lifting, the gel polish hadnt even chipped. I wish I could take all the credit but it was really the quality of her work that made my nails stay looking fresh since the first day. I love her attention to detail and how precise she is with everything she does! More five stars, and definitely a repeat customer from me

Original: Emily did my nails. Very attentive to detail with shaping my full set and made sure they were perfect. I showed her a design for nail art and even though my nail was not as long as the inspiration photo, she captured the main elements exactly how I wanted it and personalized it. She took her time even though there were other customers waiting and I did not feel pressured or rushed at all. She's great and I can't wait to see her again for my fill in

I got my full set done by a lovely lady by the name of Emily!
She was very patient and made sure I was satisfied from beginning to finish!

If you are new to the area and you are looking for a great nail salon go to Co-Nails in Knightdale all the nail techs are good but Emily is awesome you will not be disappointed.

Good staff very professional. I have been going to Co Nails for 9 months and Emily does my nails and she does a wonderful job with them.

I had never tried this place before, but decided to go with my mom for a pedicure a few months ago and have been going here since. Service is typically pretty nice, and my pedicures always come out so nicely. I’ve gotten 3 different acrylic sets from this place. Twice I had Toni, and he did an amazing job! Unfortunately I don’t know the names of the two nice ladies who did my most recent acrylics (shown in photo), but they did a very nice job. The only bad thing is that she hurt my cuticles by tearing up the skin with the drill. I know it was an accident, but it is quite painful. Other than that, I really like the place, and will most likely continue going here.
