The manager was very nice & very helpful. He detailed everything they did to my car and told me what I needed in the near future. I will go there for all my oil changes. The prices were great! Thanks Rick!

Since the first time I took one of my vehicles to First choice, it was a diagnostic for oil leak, etc. and they fixed it and I haven’t had a problem since. I have had several other vehicles I have taken there for tires, check engine light, and more and every time, the price is right and the vehicle is diagnosed and fixed right the first time! I drive 45 minutes to their shop and will continue to for their service and knowledge!!!!!

We take all of our vehicles here. We have always been more than satisfied with the service, the price, and the atmosphere. They take very good care of their customers. I highly recommend them.

Over the years my car(s) have gotten many oil changes, inspections, new tires, rotations, etc. The service has always been fast and courteous. The owner(s) and technicians are knowledgeable, and don't talk down to me. They haven't tried to overcharge me or sell me anything I didn't need.

I ran over a screw on Christmas Eve and my tire was going flat. I called 1st Choice Auto Care in East Bend and they said they were still open and to come on over. They got me in right away, fixed the flat, adjusted the tire pressure, and only charged me $10. I was very thankful to have found them and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

I had a really good experience with the owner of First Choice helping me solve a bureaucratic issue with NC DMV. He went the extra mile in figuring out why the registration for my car had not been updated in order for me to have my car inspected. Once he solved the problem, he did the inspection, for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this car repair shop
