My daughter was referred to Dr.Rickman by her orthodontist. It didn't take long to get her an appointment for consultation or her procedure. Everything went well and she has not had much pain at all. Dr. Rickman even called to check on her later than night which we very much appreciate!

Saw Dr. Rickman about 1.5 mths ago b/c of a severe abscess that ended up being an emergency. Like most people I come to Google reviews to find someone to take out not only the abscess but other bad teeth as well. Scheduling the initial visit, was great, was in within 5 days after seeing a walk-in clinic. My mouth & face was so swollen, I could barely swallow & eating just wasn't happening. Saw Dr. Rickman on a Thursday & was in at 6am the next morning for emergency oral surgery; had 7 teeth & 1 root removed. Had to have a drain for the weekend for the bad abscess & Dr. Sammons removed it that following Monday. Dr. Rickman was amazing & did an awesome job with what he had to work with!! I have healed well from the work done. I was so terrified & everyone I encountered on every visit were excellent people that truly put me at ease. I highly recommend either physician within this practice. Don't let a few negative reviews stop you from getting great dental work!

I was in for some extractions, some of which were roots alone. The staff put me at ease and the sedation dentistry was everything I had hoped it would be. An hour and a half after the work was complete the bleeding had stopped. Six hours later most of the pain was gone and ice took care of a good bit of the swelling.
Dr. Sammons called me this evening to check up on me. This is the first time any oral surgeon has done that and I could not be more pleased.
This guy is the best and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. You won't find a better or more skilled oral surgeon.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Every step of the process from the front desk, to the day of surgery went exceptionally well. Currently on day 4 after surgery with no swelling and very little pain. Dr. Sammons did an amazing job. Definitely recommend!

i had a back tooth removed that had given me problems for years. i did not even have time to sit down and i was called to the back and the nurses were very polite. i could not ask for better service. i felt no pain at all. very highly recommend!!!!

DR. Salmon and his team did a fantastic job was in and out quick had my wisdom teeth removed slept through the whole operation!! Strongly recommend!!

Dr. Sammons is absolutely amazing at what he does! His staff was incredible as well. I had 30+ teeth and wisdom teeth removed. From the consult through procedure was handled perfectly. I am on third day of healing and very little swelling and no real pain. I would give 10* if I could.

The staff was very quick and courteous getting set up for the consult. Dr Rickman was very nice and removed my wisdom teeth. The procedure went really well. He called to check up afterwards. They were honest about what needed to be done and what didn’t. We were paying cash and they were reasonable compare to other oral surgeons. I would definitely recommend Dr Rickman and his staff.

Dr Rickman and his staff are excellent and the facility was very nice as well. Not only did Dr Rickman treat me with respect, explaining the procedure to me in terms that I could understand, but he was also very empathetic to me. After the procedure, he called me the following day to see how I was doing. I've had other Dr's office's do a follow up call, but typically it would be a nurse or assistant, not the actual physician. I was very impressed that he called me personally. I highly recommend Dr Rickman to take care of any oral surgery needs.

Where do I start, from the moment I walked in for my first visit to my last visit everyone was very nice. I went in for my consultation with Dr.. Sammons and was told exactly what to expect. Him and his assistants were very nice to me and my wife. I had to go back twice to get three teeth pulled and all I can say is that Dr. Sammons and his staff took very good care of me. I would recommend this place for anyone.

Dr. Sammons is hands down the best dental surgeon I know. The first two wisdom teeth I had out I was put to sleep didn’t remember anything. I had to have one out while awake and was a little nervous, but he was assuring it would be a breeze. A breeze it was. He was very nice and comforting and I didn’t feel a thing. Didn’t even feel pressure when he said I would. If I could I’d give him 10 stars on this review.

Dr. Rickman and his staff are the very best. I was treated professionally and with kindness. I had an emergency with a tooth. They got me in that day, and I had oral surgery the next day. I called with a concern a few days later. Again, I was seen the same day. I highly recommend Dr. Rickman.

Dr. Sammons and his two surgical assistances, that performed my wisdom tooth extraction, were great! The surgical assistants were so nice and welcoming, as I was scared for going under for the first time. Dr. Sammons was just as nice and calming. He even personally called me later that evening to check in on how I was feeling! Grade-A services with Dr. Sammons and his awesome team!

Dr. Sammons knew I was scared not being put to sleep. I am on blood thinners and it's a process. He talked me through it and made me feel like my feelings were a first priority. I would recommend Dr. Sammons to anyone that fears a dentist! He is the best

Dr. Rickman performed a miracle on my daughter after she received major facial damage in a car wreck. I am forever grateful for his service and whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone who’s needing treatment.

Dr. Keith Taylor and his staff are wonderful people. I would highly recommend Dr. Taylor if you need a wisdom tooth removed. He was wonderful and I had no pain after. He is the best .

DR Rickman is a excellent surgeon !! I was soooooo scared being that I had never been put To sleep before… but he reasurred me that everything would be ok 👌 and it was just that!

I never want to have a tooth pulled again but if I have to I will definitely be going back to Dr Rickman. Him and his staff are the best!

Everyone is so nice and helpful. They even got ahold of my daughter's doctors at Vanderbilt to make sure there wasn't anything different they needed to do.
