Bath & Body Works

Went in with my bestie a couple days ago and got some yummy body sprays! I got the Strawberry Poundcake diamond shimmer spray (which honestly, if it was more glittery it’d be perfect!) and the Thailand Sweet Kiwi and Starfruit body spray. My favorite is the strawberry pound cake, it’s so sweet, gourmand and feminine and the smell lasts all day on me!

This is a terrific BBW location! BBW itself is a wonderful company with great products even if they’re a tiny bit pricey- (worth it!). There are always daily deals so it is very easy to get what you want without paying full price.
In terms of customer service, I have never not been greeted as I walked in, their welcomes are so warm! I’m always asked if I need help finding something, and always told goodbye when I leave. The workers here are so unbelievably nice, it makes me excited to come back every time. They have a great team at this location, and look forward to coming back!

Their staff is amazing! Someone will immediately greet you at the door, or help out if you have any questions. Today, I went to the store to return some damaged products I got from an online order, and Angela and Lucy were the most helpful. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about their customers. I really appreciate their business, instead of ordering online I will go straight to the store next time I need a fragrance or a candle 👌😉

Was greeted immediately walking through the door with a very upbeat employee who was exceptionally good at helping me find the right smells, at an extremely affordable price. All sorts of specials and totally worth it!!! Towards the end of my shopping trip, I was greeted by another employee that was just a complete JOY to have met, and let me feel a plush blanket that was absolutely amazing and at an unbelievable inexpensive price. We shared a moment of pure happiness with a load chuckle and hug.... Thank you Dawn (like the morning) for an unforgettable experience. I love this place. I recommend this place to everyone and their children!!!!

The staff is very helpful, informative and goes out of their way to find the products you need.

Been here a bunch of times people are always sweet and helpful. They always have smiles on their faces and are very nice. I love the environment of the shop and the products are amazing especially when on sale. Love love love! One thing i will say i dislike is that it closes at 8 instead of 9 :/

Excellent customer service and atmosphere. The ladies there are so happy to help and are so cheerful. They had a great selection of candles, and bath bombs, body butters, lotions, and gels. The staff also mentioned periodic sales, which i took advantage of when I myself went in. 10/10 would recommend

My kiddo just about smelled everything! Bought the small hand sanitizers for school.

Had 75% off of several bins full of products. So for $3.25/ item I spent a $10 bill and got my girl(and i) some nice products. I asked a Male employee for help and he was eager to be of assistance. A very pleasant experience😁

I've never been to Bath and Body works until recently. Upon walking in to the store, I was greeted by an associate named Mel who was not only kind, but very informative. I will always return to this specific location because of my positive experience here.

I LOVE their special edition collections, I was given Vanilla Bean Noel many years ago and they brought it back!!

Candle day is always crazy, but they had plenty of helpful staff and it went way faster than I could have hoped.
