Walmart Supercenter

Had my first pick up order. They did give me the wrong flavor of jerky but when I called they said I could just return it and get the right one. I just kept the one I got but it was friendly service and good customer resolution.

Great place for shopping. Very spacious, you will forget where is what every time you visit. But automated features like Self checkout, pay using phone, app as a store assistant made this a smooth place for shopping. It has large parking lot too. The okstate bus stoppage is right in front of it, so you can come in for shopping and take your goods easily if you don't have car too.

Great help from these nice folks today. Needed my prescription sunglasses repaired and they did the job. Thanks guys. I’ll be back when I need to renew my prescription. Awesome folks!

The ladies at the Hearing Group, Ponca City, OK, always make me feel like I'm family. Ryian, the audiologist, is very competent, easy to talk to, helpful in explaining my options compared to my needs, etc. I haven't had anything to complain about since using Hearing Group as my hearing aid source. I don't want to go anywhere else. Besides, she was able to procure a marvelous price for my replacement aid that no one else has come close to.

It's Walmart, it has everything. I like this location because it is in a shopping center and I can visit multiple store. I can also fill up my gas tank at the Walmart gas station located in their parking lot.

I frequently order online and pick up. So far they have been good about getting my order correct. On the rare occasion I didn't get the correct item it has been easy to go online and get a refund or get the item exchanged. They do get busy with pickup order so it often can take 10 minutes or longer to wait on them.

Lance with the eye care department fixed my broken glasses, cleaned them, and replaced the nose pieces. Excellent customer service and very quick

We shop here a couple times per week. Great store selection and save with Great Value branded groceries. Good variety of different products throughout the Super Center store. There are two in Stillwater, Okla..

I 😘 ve my neighborhood Walmart. For few quick items I can always guarantee that it's never a line in the self checkout and the biggest plus is not having to cross an entire block to go from one side of the store to the other! Everything one needs is right there in range

Customer service helped me understand the app and took the time to make sure it was working properly.

I am one who loves shopping and Walmart is usually my go to spot what I don’t like is how they start pulling out the stuff to stock before 11 to where it blocks aisles also then need to be open longer then 11 in my opinion especially for us, mamas who use formula if their babies run out after 11 and they don’t have no more they’re out of luck

Lots of options, lots of parking, and the associates around the store were friendly and helpful. Great place to shop with some great deals and hidden deals!

Oil change was fast and so much cheaper than the place I used to go. I'll be back

A lot of their plants needed watered other than that I found what I needed.
