I love this shoe store in Stillwater. The service is great, and they have a huge selection. They had lots of trendy shoes for my teens, but they also had some timeless classics for me. It's a place I can get shoes for everyone with personalized service. I felt very good about the foot measuring. We will be back again.

Absolutely terrible customer service on 8/20 @ about 5pm. Walked in and not greeted at all. Walked around the store and not at anytime did they ask if they could help me. With 3 employees you would think working would be important when customers come in. They were too busy talking about other employees and how they need a Tuesday morning opener. Again not paying any attention to myself or my daughter. When we did ask for a shoe and size it was as if it was a burden. Didn’t have the size we need which was fine but didn’t even ask if there was another shoe we would be interested in. We’ve been going into this store since it opened and have spent quite a bit of money in there. Called today to talk to a manager so I didn’t have to do a review but the phone rings then says no one is available to try again later and hangs up. Employees main job is to help with customers not talk about employee behaviors, shifts available and stand around with hands in your pockets like the customer is an inconvenience. All 3 of the employees 2 females and 1 male should be written up or let go. Totally unprofessional!

Says they open at 10 am and doors are locked at 11am.
