The dental tech (not sure the proper name) I told everyone I was scared and they was so sweet and kind. Made me feel comfortable.
Doctor was amazing. Had to have a shot and I hardly felt it!!!

Rose Rock Dentistry has the best dentist and dental hygienists that my family has ever seen! Everyone is so friendly and professional. They were able to handle my anxiety and fears with utmost professionalism and helped me feel that my concerns were heard and understood without making me embarrassed. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would!

Rose Rock staff is wonderful with my children. The staff is engaging, honest, professional, and helpful. Going to the dentist has not always been a pleasant experience in the past, but now, my kids do not hesitate getting their check ups done. And their teeth are beautiful!

Sara Bassett is very gentle and makes sure to tell you what to expect and what is happening as she is going along. I got 5 teeth pulled and she made sure to tell me when to expect pressure and she made sure to numb me some more if I felt any sort of pain. They are the most caring dental office I have experienced in a while. Best dental visit I have ever had!!!!

Excellent experience! This was my 1st time here and they listened to what my concerns were and we made a plan to do what was needed. They were friendly and helpful. The Dentist was gentle and did an excellent job. Very pleased and will be returning for future appointments.

Sara at Rose Rock is an awesome doctor, her staff is second to none! I've primarily had Sarah & Erica as my treatment professionals during my last 5 visits in the previous 7 months. Highly recommended dental health provider for Stillwater, OK & surrounding areas. I've disliked many other dental, doctors do to their attitude during the visit & being a salesmen during your appointment - not to mention how I felt afterwards.

I truly have NO complaints towards Sarah & her team. Going forward I've willingly went back (not because they told me too, but because I felt she can be my choice for a provider going forward). I'll be continuing utilizing her professional services going forward & would recommend anyone giving her services a try over your corporate doctors. They're great with scheduling & genuinely care how you feel after the appointment. If you ever have any concerns after your appointment - she'll address them promptly once you give her the symptoms in which you were having.

Dr. Bassett & her entire staff are remarkable! They take the time to explore with you all options to improve your teeth’s health & appearance. If you are middle aged or older, they have so many affordable options for patients that have worn down their teeth, but still have good gums & bone structure. You won’t see these options on any infomercial. I am one ecstatic OSU Cowboy athletic booster & country club member that knows Dr. Bassett is the very best option you have in or around Stillwater! I had a wonderful experience at Rose Rock Family Dentistry. Everyone is friendly and caring, and you don't feel rushed at all. The exam room has a very soothing ambience with subdued color tones and low lighting, which helps you to relax. They also have the latest technology which makes the exam go smoothly. I went in feeling anxious about the condition of my teeth and gums and left feeling very good about my diagnosis. I would highly recommend this dentistry!

Even from a young age, I have always enjoyed going to the Dentist. Then I moved and had to find a new dentist. I planned on calling around to multiple local dentistries, but after talking with Tomi at Rose Rock (the second location I called) I didn’t think I needed to continue my search. Tomi was a great help for someone like me who is young and just starting to “adult” on my own. She was kind, patience, and helpful when explaining things about the company and insurance. If she didn’t have an answer, she was prompt to find one and help me on my dental search. When I wanted to schedule an appointment, they were quick to get me in (less than 24 hours later!). The service the great, all the ladies were professional, understanding, gentle, kind and warm. I loved going to the dentist before, and even still, Rose Rock did not disappoint. I definitely recommend Dr. Bassett and her staff.

I've been going there for years, and it's great. Noöne *loves* going to the dentist, but maybe *I* do, because it's always a pleasant experience. I always feel like I'm in good hands when I'm there. Hygienist Courtney has done what no other hygienist or dentist has been able to do: Encouraged me to floss and always floss and never not floss. I've flossed *every night* since that landmark visit in November, 2016.

Doctor Bassett, and the entire staff are very friendly, professional, and reassuring. They take their time explaining things to me and listen to my concerns. I never feel rushed, pressured, misunderstood, or dismissed. Very thankful for their help and care.
