This is exactly what you miss when going to a big box store, SERVICE! Dublin was so sweet and helpful! Love all the goods offered and we will definitely be back. Something for everyone and anything you need. Great gifts, home goods and kitchen supplies. The Tea and Coffee selection was nice also. It’s too bad more stores and retailers can’t see that this business model works and is what the people want. Shop local and support your community directly.

I was shopping for a certain Staub enameled dutch oven/coquette. Murphy's had the color I wanted when everywhere was sold out. They also had the best price. So win win. Still, Am not from Oklahoma, and was not sure about the store since Ive been burned before. So glad I looked up the reviews! The shipping was incredibly fast, and they took the time to personalize my packing slip. So call it a win win win. Glad I found my product, and glad to help out a small business!

I don’t know how much Beth gets paid but she deserves a raise! She was so sweet and did an amazing job promoting a wide array of products. She was so lovely to talk to and she was very knowledgeable about everything in the store. I hope to see her every time I come back, which I will certainly be doing thanks to her! ❤

Loved shopping at this store online!!! The order arrived quickly and my order had a small issue. Customer Service was amazing and quickly resolved the issue!! It's not easy finding good customer service but they definitely went above and beyond to make things right!!

I can't believe how long it took me to finally shop here! The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable of the different oils and vinegars they sell. They let me sample several different options and answered all of my questions without being too pushy. PLUS they sell Hog's Bane BBQ sauce, which is one of our local favorites!

Very nice store. Excellent selection of kitchen items and cutlery. The store focuses on the "better and best" within the categories represented. Excellent store for wedding registry type items.
Knowledgeable staff that is helpful but pushy or "arrogant" as sometimes happens at specialty retailers.

It is so refreshing to find items that are hard to find elsewhere and get a high level of customer service and personalized service, as well. I ordered hard to find Holiday Jam (Stonewall Kitchen) from Murphy's and it arrived pronto with a nice note inside from the store. I am now a loyal customer!

Wonderful experience with this store! I had been looking for a specific item and found it here in an online search. I called the store for additional information and the young lady sent me a picture of the 1 remaining item they had. I ordered it, plus another item, using their website. Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call that the additional item I had ordered was out of stock, but they had a similar item that was $1.00 less. Was that okay with me? Of course! She couldn't figure out how to credit my card for the $1.00; but I told her it wasn't important. When my package arrived - carefully packed and on time (in spite of the severe weather in Oklahoma), there was a printed receipt, a handwritten thank you, and an envelope containing a refund of $1.00! Just the nicest people. AND the items I ordered were even better than the description on the web. I will definitely bo looking to do business with Murphy's again!

The thing's you'll find in Murphy's... I rarely leave there without having bought something. They have all sorts of cool things you didn't even know you needed! I love their great selection of fiesta ware. Their coffee and tea selection is great and it's always fun to look at their different olive oils and vinegars! If you need a kitchen gadget or just a fun place to browse Murphy's is your place!!

Great little shop! This is a great place to buy gifts for birthdays, holidays, etc. Has a fairly large selection of kitchen goods. The best part is all the loose leaf tea, coffee, and olive oil! I buy olive oil and earl gray tea from here. Great low waste option, simply bring your container back and get it refilled.

Great prices and decent selection on high end cookware. Loose leaf teas and oils selection is top notch. Employees always helpful. Truly an underappreciated Stillwater asset.

Such a fun kitchen store! All the unique and upscale items you need. For chefs and everyday home cooks. This store is much larger than it looks and has the most interesting items. Always love stopping by.

I ordered a Nordic Ware cakelet pan that I absolutely love. There was a small amount of chipping on the corner from manufacturing that I did not want to get worse over time. I emailed Murphy's in the evening about possibly exchanging it for another one. They actually called the very next day! When my voicemail was full, they also emailed, asking me to call to see how I wanted to proceed forward. They informed me that they were out of stock and would be able to send a replacement but not until after Christmas, and they let me keep the other one to use through this Christmas. Great customer service and lovely product!!

The staff is very friendly and not over bearing. The prices on the items I was looking at was on par, and a few dollars lass, than on Amazon. I was really only looking at knives and cast iron cookware, however. Some really nice stuff, great little department store!

I would not call this a department store, but instead, it seems like an excellent kitchen supply store to me. I have found something I wanted or needed each time I've visited. The only thing I wish it had that it does not to any great extent, are cookbooks. Instead there are recipe journals and recipe boxes, which perhaps reflects a clientele who like to use family recipes. Prices are good her too.

I came in looking for a cocktail strainer but they were sold out of them. However, the staff went out of their way to help me locate one in Stillwater! Plus they have a very nice clearance section. Their prices on regular items are more than fair too!

Murphy's has been in Stillwater forever and it's always been a fun place to shop! They have just about everything you could possibly want or need for your kitchen. I recommend the store to all my friends.
