Great service. Store is a bit small considering every time we're there they are packed with customers. That should tell you a bit about there service.

I don’t review, however this was probably the best customer experience i’ve ever had. Caleb made upgrading to a new iPhone super easy.

If you haven't been in for awhile. New crew! Actually has people who know their business. Started getting better around a year ago and has continued.

Had problems with my system, they replaced and no problems now.

T-mobile is where to go I love it they treated me and my kids with respect they was honest and help me out I was going through cricket and they treated me bad and it was bad service so I wanna say thank u t-mobile for sure got my heart 😊❤

Hallie and Kaleb were some of the best representatives a person could ask for. We were greeted with smiles and an instant nonattitudinal "How can we help you today".
They answered every question asked, they never said a bad word about my previous service provider, they were extremely knowledgeable and patient with my screaming, stripping children.
They were able to get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
They were talkative and just generally great people!

Store has come a long way since their old manager. Phillip and the staff are super polite and fun to be around. Phillip (the manager) makes sure all my questions were answered and I had fun while I was there. Thank you!

The people at this T-Mobile store are excellent

I enjoy going to the Stillwater T-Mobile Store. It is a bit of a drive from my home, but the representative that helped me was super friendly, had some awesome salesmanship skills (sold me some incredible speakers) and was so very helpful. THANKS FOR BEING A FABULOUS T-MOBILE STORE

I've been with T-mobile since they were Voicestreams, and while the national customer service hasn't always been on point, the service I've gotten through this local store has been enough to earn my loyalty.

The loction next to Little Caesar's has knowledgeable, helpful salespeople.
