Charleston AFB Main Exchange

Its always fun to visit a military BX, having been retired since '98, so when we make the 3-1/2 hour drive to Charleston, we always make time to visit the BX & commissary. Prices are great, but I think I created a monster in my wife, but when in Rome.... 😁

I love our exchange. We get really great prices on a wide variety of items - let's face it - we all deserve the best treatment for everything we go through - as a whole family, not just the member. Though obviously we wouldn't be the USA without them and they deserve the very, very best of everything so thanks so much to the exchange for their service!

This exchange is by far the Best! The customer service is exceptional. They dealt with a panicked bride with concern and urgency. If it wasn't for this crew of management and employees my day would not have been such a beautiful success. Thank you so much!

It is a big store with sooooo much variety of food, cakes, fresh seafood, egg rolls, seasonings, olive oil, and more than I could put on this... Happy to shop there and they also have the lowest prices!

Cashier June told n helped me apply for Exchange credit card. I saved 1/2 off my bill too! Savings at Commissary and on base gas! Good Deal!

My husband bought a Troy Bilt riding mower this weekend from here. Best prices. No tax. Great people working here. Four workers came out to help us load it into our van.

Vista Optical is great. Friendly service and great prices. If you have privileges to use the Exchange and need glasses this is the place.

A good quality Exchange which includes a food court, barber, uniform shop, GNC, and independent vendors. They've even got a gun section something that is rare in military exchanges.

Always a pleasant experience. Such friendly and curtious personell. I enjoy shopping here over the commissary.

The normal BX mall, has food court, alterations, US Patriot, and other shops. The BX has weapons in the back, but dont think it has blue label weapons but does have a lot from yard, home, some pet stuff and clothing.

Great prices on Bath and Body Works items and Michael Kors items today. Mother's Day is coming!

Compared to the normal BX's I see this one is massive and well stocked. Very clean too

I took my dad to get his hair cut. It is clean and the people are nice.

Meats are well price, veggies fresh and cheap and coupons available great place to get your grocery
