The last time I was in Food Lion, I left my coupon for $20 off behind accidentally. Ty, one of the cashiers at the Food Lion on Dorchester Road, saved my coupon not knowing if you would see me again. A few days later, I came back to the store and she took the time to retrieve my receipt and apply the coupon to my purchase. In every store I've ever shopped in, I've never had such amazing service. I spoke with her manager that night and left a great review of her customer service. The store is always clean and the staff is so professional. I would recommend this store to any and all who want quick, attentive and courteous individuals to brighten your day and handle your product with care!

Fast, and friendly service. Also, well-stocked, but not cluttered. And the prices, very reasonable (especially if you have their MVP card). I shopped during a peak time just after work (5pm on a Friday lol), and I wasn't even at the checkout line for 60 seconds before another lane opened (there was only one person in front of me in my first pick lane, and they had 4 open already). Store layout actually makes sense, good flow, and everything most people would need is prominent, and easily accessible (and well-mixed with new things to try/etc). There is staff available all over to assist, and they're not intrusive/salesmen-like at all, but there if you need them. Managers also walk the floor (rare these days), and the staff definitely knows their business.

This store is always clean and well kept. The associates are always friendly and helpful, not to mention quick to answer any questions I have about where to find things. They also have a great selection and decent pricing, so that's always nice.

Side note: It looks like they just re-covered the parking lot. Looks good!

Such a huge improvement on the fruits! I now travel to this grocer specifically for the fruits now!

It's a discount food store so you know what to expect. Dont let that deter you from shopping here. The few I've been in have always been clean and with friendly staff. They always have deals going on and I found most of the items are cheaper than the other stores. It's not as "ghetto" as you might think it is. Really good stores.

A young man named Dre was very professional and proficient with assisting me. He was very personable, sparking a conversation between myself and another customer (which is very rare in unprecedented times such as now). There is also another young lady (light skinned, petite, and early 20s) who deserves recognition for always being kind, courteous, and helpful. I am thankful for these local ESSENTIAL workers!

I called prior to going because I was looking for something specific close to closing time. Someone answered the phone, spoke to me and found the item that I needed before I arrived. I appreciate, real human customer service and caring, responsive employees, something hard to find in other places.

I went in with my list and being new to the area and getting to learn my way around this store was fairly easy. Aisles are labled visibly and clerks are well knowledgeable of location of products. Very friendly staff. I'm loving it.
