Charleston AFB Commissary

Love going to any military commissary. Just wish we had one closer to home. CAFB is the closest at 3-1/2 hours away, but we don't mind so much. We love visiting Charleston.

The store is always super clean, well stocked, and the employees are always helpful. Nice seasonal selections and clearance prices as well.

Great products and excellent price. We save half of the amount of groceries money when we shop here as compare to shopping anywhere else. It's a privilege of having a military ID. Love it.

Follow the rules coming from an Army veteran. You don't want to get in trouble on a military base civilian or military. Great prices at the commissary for groceries. Thank you for that in the time of Joe, etc. making it so hard to survive.

Has always taken great care of me and my family. Very helpful and well stocked. Tues. or Wed. are the best days to go as the shelves are usually stocked full.

The cashiers and baggers are always nice. 9 times out of 10 they have what I need in stock. Prices vary.

The store was very clean and orderly. The staff was helpful. Having someone to bag my groceries was very convenient. A must patron place for all military and military family members.

Came from Pennsylvania to visit and needed a couple items and was surprise to fine a very nice grocery store besides other items there also. Helpful with carry out to car. Nice place and best of all you feel safe..

It is your typical Commissary. I have no complaints. The store is clean and well stocked. Sometimes it is difficult to find a cart when they are busy, but I try to avoid those days. It is nice to have a commissary nearby. The prices beat the outside stores on most things. As a spouse of a Veteran, I appreciate this benefit.

Better than the Naval commissary. This commissary has everything you need. If you are far from home and are wanting something in particular you can go to the store manager ask them if they can place an order and chances are they will have in stock within a few weeks. I had been asking for Badia seasoning and what do you know, now they carry it and it is a hit! They are always selling out of it because its such a great seasoning. Prices are extremely reasonable and the store is always clean! Staff can be found in just about every isle so if you ever have questions or are looking for something there is always someone available.

The commissary is my favorite place to shop. Cleanliness, prices, and selection are the reason I shop there. Sometimes, it could be better stocked. I always feel safe in the store and parking lot.

This is my favorite commissary to visit. I live closer to the one in Goose Creek, but prefer to shop at this one. The employees are very nice and helpful. The other commissary has some very rude workers.
