Red Roof Inn & Suites Jackson, TN

Been here for close to a month while utilities are being placed on my land in Reagan. Literally the best place we have EVER stayed. It feels safe and for the most part, I don’t really even hear anyone throughout the day. They pretty much leave you alone and you can tell that they actually appreciate the business they are given. Peaceful stay. Also the rooms are SO much cleaner than anywhere else we have stayed. Never stayed at a red roof inn until not but now we will go out of our way to find red roof inns when on vacation. Highly recommend this hotel.

Kim Is A Gorgeous Young Lady That Has Much Patience & Professionalism. She Does All The Breakfast By Herself & Handles Multiple Shifts! She Needs A RAISE, Also The Rooms Smelled Of Bleach And Quiet With Exceptions Of Occasionally Door Slams Lol . Few Hairs Here But Hey That's To Be Expected. Hotel Near All The Fast Food Places, And Mall . Me & My Partner Been Staying Here Several Times Til Our House Is Ready . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ❣

My go to location while on my way to visit family in Kentucky. The rooms are clean and smell clean when you first walk in. Great value, great staff, and they always allow my dogs. There’s plenty of places to walk the dogs as well, including a residential neighborhood next door. I always stay at red roof inns because of their generous pet policy and this is by far my favorite location so far.

Let me start off by saying I was a bit scared because of the reviews but, honestly I had a great experience. The staff is amazing and very nice. I love how the rooms are. They are very comfortable and clean. The bed is comfortable and the room is well cleaned.I fell in love with the sink and the big mirror! The shower was amazing. I had came from Georgia. I came to visit my family and I chose red roof. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. I LOVE! The waffles are amazing.

I will have to say that my experience with my family staying here was absolutely great. I had left another so call "hotel" that was so disgusting that we didn't stay for 15 minutes. We found the red roof and it became immediately the best experience. Thank you Mandy (the clerk). She let us check the room out before we stayed. Instantly opened the door and you could smell the cleanness. We had told her about our recent experience before coming to this hotel. The rooms were very clean, fresh towels, fresh sheets on the bed and the lights and toilet worked. Even the showers had great pressure with clean water.
The rooms were not expensive, cheaper than the hotel from hell we were supposed to stay at and if ur a AAA member it's another discount. So my experience was great considering that this was a weekend that was for a funeral I was attending for my nephew. I will be staying there again in the near future.

It was a very nice room and great service! For the price you can't beat it. Staff are nice and friendly.

We stayed here beginning of Nov as we were trekking cross country. Please understand I'm not rating this on the same criteria as I would an upscale hotel. It's a budget motel for right around 100 a night, which means you aren't getting the same room as you get for 400 a night! That being stated, the room was quiet, recently remodeled, had amenities like soap, shampoo, etc., a decent mattress for a budget motel, a higher toilet (important to me as the little, low to ground toilets are hard to get up from) and a hot shower you can stand under and get decent pressure in (not a given with many of the places we stayed). Yes, it was older and older motels aren't going to be pristine, but new motels cost more and you don't get perfection for the price we were paying. For the budget, this place was a good value.

Additionally, we were towing a trailer, and we had room to park the car with the trailer. Also, I have to say the guy running the place was very nice. No matter what level of hotel you stay in, staff can make sure you have a good experience. We had a bad day, and the front desk guy was very understanding. So all in, I'd definitely stay here again and for the price I thought it was one of the better places we stayed.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, really comfortable beds! Slept amazingly- super quiet, dark room with an awesome AC unit and a nice mixture of fluffy and firm pillows. Some minor wear on detailing around the room, such as floorboards, but everything was in good working order.
No bugs, no bedbugs, clean grounds, no one smoking where they shouldn't have, and the pool looked really inviting, though we didn't get a chance to enjoy it.
Pet friendly, and a professional drivers' discount to boot- if we need a place to stay in the area, we'll be back without a second thought.

Traveling on I40 West and stopped in town for the the night....We went to 2 other hotels that were were very dirty and had to leave. We hopped back in our car and came to this location and what a blessing.......The front desk clerk was so nice and I wish I got her name. The lobby was super clean. The room is immaculate and I am soo happy and I will get a good nights sleep. Thank you Red Roof Inn.....Your employees care and it shows in how well kept your Motel is.

I'd like to give a shout-out to Mandy at Reception. She was very helpful providing me with a room for me and my cat. She also gave me recommendations to two places for dinner and live music, and I wasn't disappointed with her suggestion of Redbones. One additional thing, I'm a smoker and they have rooms on the back side of the hotel for smokers. I didn't know that was possible anymore! The room was large and comfortable.

I love this hotel great staff just have to have your payment on time not one min late or he will ask you nicely to leave if you don't more then once.its a business not home to most but to me they make it fil like home Marvin and the guys luv ya all

This motel is reasonable as far as price goes. I was very impressed. It's clean. Everything is orderly and there is a coffeemaker, full size ironing board and iron, microwave, fridge and a hair dryer. Plenty of linen and tp and a nice tv and the remote actually works! I would stay here anytime.

Room is clean. Shower good. Lady at the front desk was very nice. (Friday at 5:30. July 17 2020) She honored our internet price. I will stay here again.

We have stayed here several times. Rooms we clean. Staff is great. Pet friendly. We were very comfortable leaving pet there while we visited family. Will definitely stay again

The hotel is around 2 gas stations a dollar general & 3 fast food restaurant, so it’s excellent location wise...The front desk staff was amazing, I had the pleasure of checking in with Ms.Mekiya & she was so friendly and helped reassure me that it was worth the stay. Definitely staying here again
