Residence Inn by Marriott Jackson

Staff was very friendly which was nice after a long drive. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hot tub and pool were great to relax in before bed. Breakfast was delicious! Plus pet friendly as well! Will definitely be staying again when traveling thru Jackson.

Great Stay - My favorite part was the excellent breakfast area that was a cut above any other hotel breakfast I have been to. I really liked that healthier options were available like Red Mill gluten-free oatmeal, a variety of toppings like raisns, pecans and much more. The cooked items like sausage, potatoes, omelettes were delicious. To top the experience off was the friendliness of Chef Joshua. Keep up the great work 💯

The breakfast experience was enhanced by DJ’s friendliness and commitment to service. She made sure we had everything we needed. Meal trays were full and additional coffee was made when needed. I would highly recommend staying here!

This is a great hotel for us because we drive from Texas to Ohio. We like to stop on the far side of Memphis and have stayed here for a couple of years. BJ, the breakfast attendant, is THE best! She is so thoughtful and attentive! Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Me and my husband stay here for one night. Now mind you I've been in this hotel many of times. But never stay here. We live in Huntingdon and was going to church here in Jackson for New year service, we didn't want to drive back home from service . A get away from home and we did get back late. The service we receive from Jeremiah is unexplainable. He's very hospitable and genuine I like that. Our room was a little chilly but we turn up the heat and it was nice and warm when we got back. YESSSSS!! wife very happy. The BED was so comfortable. I like the way the TV swivel around so we can watch it while eating. It was set up like a 1bdr efficiency apt. LOL! Breakfast was WONDERFUL!! Ms. D.J. made sure if anything I needed just ask. Tremaine went out her way to cook me turkey sausage ( cause I don't it pork) OH! that hash brown casserole is delicious... That was a going ABOVE and BEYOND moment!! Most of all I ran into my beloved Sister Tanika we work at the Hampton Inn together. She made sure my stay was AMAZING like the others; she's been in working this field for along time. I haven't seen her so long. Touch my heart knowing she still doing what she do best.. HOSPITALITY!! A++ Thank you ALL for making our stay so PLEASANT!!

Perfect location for my needs. My room was spotless (thank you ms.emma.) The staff is courteous and always willing to help if needed. The pool and hot tub are perfect after a long day. Definitely 5 stars.

Unfortunately it has been under sad conditions, but we have stayed at this hotel the last 3 times we have came back to TN due to it being pet friendly. They have a great breakfast, DJ is awesome she is very friendly and on point! The housekeepers are all friendly and whenever we needed anything they always were right there. This is our go to extended stay hotel whenever we come to TN to visit family. Hopefully next time we come stay it will be for better reasons and a nice relaxing stay. Thank you to all the staff at the residence inn!

Actual exterior of the hotel looks much better than the one shown on the Marriott app. Room was updated and very nice. We got a two bedroom suite and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was great! Pool and hot tub were indoors so we didn’t have to worry about the weather. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We've stayed here twice now. Nice updated extended stay rooms. DJ was great at breakfast helping and making sure we had all we need with our big band of younglings.

Nice place to work at..The rooms are so homie..feels like ur at home..Nice an friendly staff..Full breakfast bar every morning for guests I give 10 stars if I could.

I have stayed at several hotels near here. I thought they were ok Untill I came here. It was like I came to my favorite vacation destination. The rooms have been great. All the staff manager desk clerk maid service the breakfast was hot and good (love the cook DJ were so kind and helpful. I really hate to leave BUT I will be back to my home away from home soon. They deserve 5 stars

Great place to stay. Service as well. DJ and all the smiling faces made my morning excellent, and the room was kept immaculate. Will be back.

My daughter attended Lane College in Jackson Tennessee the last 4 years . During my visit to see her I had the privilege of staying at the Residence Inn 3 to 4 times a year. The rooms were Excellent, nice and clean. All the staff was Amazing, including housekeeping .Enough can't be said about Clarissa at the front desk. Thank You ! Thank You! ! Last but not least A Big Shout out to Chef Joshua , you are the Man !

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. If you need a place in Jackson, TN, this is the place for you.

Our experience staying at this hotel has been beyond satisfactory. We booked this hotel for what was supposed to be a one month business trip but ended up staying for two. The customer service in this hotel is unquestionably the best. The staff will go above and beyond to exceed your expectations. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and well equipped with everything you need. The water pressure for the shower will get you up and running in no time. I will definitely miss my morning coffees I would get at the front desk right before leaving for work. Perfect!! I would like to thank the management and every one of the staff members that helped make our stay a memorable one. We will always be grateful and remember our stay.

Let me start by saying this hotel is located right off Interstate 40 and is only minutes away (driving) from all major restaurants and stores. The staff here are great. The Breakfast crew is simply amazing. They have a real chef "Joshua" who cooks the FREE Breakfast similar to 5 🌟 hotels, and there are many options for everyone. DJ was awesome and went out of her way to accommodate all of our needs. The rooms are laid out well and the Interstate is like a sound machine while sleeping. Housekeeping did an ok job. And the front desk was quick and easy. Overall a great stay and would definitely return, simply for the hospitality.

From start to finish and beyond - WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Keith at the front desk was super efficient! He worked diligently to make sure that I had everything I needed. I am disabled and had to stop for breathers many times; and he and the staff were always right there to display care and ask if I needed anything. I have never been greated with such wonderful hospitality at any hotel I have ever been too. Anything I needed they tried their best to accomodate. Including all of those pillows lol... I don't know the name of the person who works second shift, but
They were also AWESOME. A true joy to speak to. The staff paid attention, explained things in a professional manner, and were wonderful at building my trust and treating me like an individual. They were there when I needed them.. Sure some amenities were closed due to Covid.. but overall the stay was great for us. We don't have pets, but they are a pet friendly hotel, and seeing other peoples pets there melted my heart too. Thank you all for your diligence and open heartedness. If I'm ever out this way again I would stay here again and recommend.

This hotel has amazing service and will help with absolutely anything that you need. The grounds are clean and well maintained! It is dog friendly and has plenty of room to walk dogs. The staff Is very nice! The hotel itself is nicely decorated and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here!
