Courtyard by Marriott Jackson

The staff was so friendly! Rooms are very clean and comfortable beds. Very little noise any time during the day/night. Nice back area to sit and chat. The PERFECT hotel to stay at while the truck was being worked on up the road.

We were greeted with smiles. Fast service and very professional. Thank you so much! Please keep up the good work!

I travel frequently on business and this is an older, but well maintained, Courtyard. However, it is the staff that truly sets it apart. I stayed for a week while training a new employee and every single team member I encountered was responsive, helpful and friendly. Watching them interact with other guests as well, the entire staff went out of their way to make each and every one of us feel welcome and at home. They made a long, hard week so much better and even enjoyable. Next time I'm in the area, this will absolutely be where I'll stay. Oh, and did I mention they have great happy hour prices???

This hotel is great! The rooms are a nice size and very clean. The staff is excellent, very friendly and accommodating! The night manager Tommy was especially great. We were just planning on staying here as a layover on our road trip but our experience added a lot to our trip! Courtyard is always good but this was better than expected!

Stayed 2 nights for business. Staff was very friendly. Room with a balcony was very nice and clean. The breakfast bistro was closed both mornings which was very odd. They even told when I checked in the breakfast hours. They did have some good free coffee sitting out. My guess is no one to work but not sure.

Stayed here for 1 night with my husband and 2 dogs traveling cross country. We received a room on the 1st floor as requested, and it was close to the exit. So convenient for taking the dogs out! Our room was really clean and had no evidence of any pets there before. We did laundry at night and used the gym in the morning before leaving. Grabbed coffee and packaged muffins on our way out. The staff was friendly and helpful! Wish I could remember the name of the manager who checked us in, she was wonderful.

After an 11 hour drive we appreciated the quick and friendly check in. Very clean room, excellent water pressure in the shower and super cozy bed! Perfect hotel for our 3 night stay in Jackson.

Very nice place to stay.
Lobby is beautiful with a bar and nice sitting area.
Rooms smell clean/ fresh, beds are very comfortable and shower has plenty of hot water pressure (which is a big deal to me).
I will definitely stay here again if back in the area.

The room was clean & comfortable. We had no problem during our stay. I am usually picky with my lodging accommodations- I had a good experience. Martha ( Manager on Duty) went over and beyond to accommodate an unusual request the night we checked in. I was in town for my son’s wedding.. And was pretty distressed upon check-in. Martha’s extra step allowed me to focus on my son celebration and helped divert a potential disaster. Kudos to the hotel for having such a sweet, caring person there to greet & help the guest!

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. We originally had rooms at the La Quinta one exit down and that place didn't even look worth stepping in. So we booked 2 here and stayed for one night. Everyone I've run into who works here has spoken to me and been extremely polite and professional. I'm currently trying to convince my boyfriend we should just move in and forget about going back home. Thank you for the amazing experience!

This room was so nice and comfortable. It was also very clean and very open. The staff at the front desk were friendly and nice and accommodated to our needs without issue. This hotel also allows pets so that was a plus for us. It seemed a little further to get to but honestly this wasn't a big deal as it was more quiet. The black out curtains work very well.

I had car issues with my wife and dog in the car and our car broke down close to this location. It was Sunday so the mechanics were closed and we decided to stay at this location. Choosing to stay here was a great decision! The staff were all accommodating and kind. As soon as we came in they greeted us, gave our dog a treat and made us feel at home. The rooms were clean and we felt at home the short time we were there. Shoutouts to the excellent staff and everyone at this location for making our stay as good as it could be!

Our stay was beyond our expectations! Very clean inside and out, the staff were phenomenal, especially Melanie and Paxton. We loved the courtyard with the firepit. If you're staying with a pet, CHOOSE THIS ONE! They treated our little Mia just like one of the human guests. We were very, very pleased!

Very clean and well maintained. Large, modern lobby and lounge area. Starbucks in the lounge is a bonus we utilized every day of our stay. Our kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave oven, as well as the customary coffee maker. The beds are comfortable and everyone slept well. The large bathroom is very clean with granite countertop at the sink. Endless hot water with extremely good pressure. Will definitely stay here again when I'm Jackson.

Our stay was great! We were greeted with a smiling face as soon as we walked in, which was nice after a long day of traveling! We decided to eat at there bistro. It was okay I got the chicken BLT, it was good without the chicken the chicken was to cold but just took it off and it was good. Our room was very nice we had two adults and two children perfect size for us. Had a little nice courtyard in the back where the kids could play and stretch their legs! All around great stay!

Beautiful location. Rooms were clean. Indoor pool for the kids. They allowed large dogs.

We were passing through and got the last room available on 6/6. I really wish I could remember the misses name that was assisting us, but she worked the 3p-11pm shift and was absolutely amazing. She was by herself, the hotel was sold out. She was providing EVERY GUEST with amazing customer service and was handling everything so quickly and efficiently. I used to work for a Marriott, but still see so many of the hotels not following the "Marriott Standard". She went above and beyond. THANK YOU. Traveling from CA, we have experienced the good, the bad and uglier than ugly. This was so pleasant to arrive late after such a long drive and provided such service. The rooms do have stains and stuff, but they can't control how guests behave, so we didn't mind at all. 120x better than the other hotels we stayed with

I have been here several times on business trips and find no need to go any other place. Excellent management by Dan as the staff is so welcoming to all guests. Jordan at the desk is an absolute gem. Keith and Elijah working the food area are professional and courteous and always seem to be in a great mood. :) Well done all. I'll be back.

We came in town to visit our brothers that we haven’t seen in 21 years during the Covid pandemic. The hotel allowed us to visit and play games all day in the lounge area as long as we had masks. They were very accommodating and I doubt we would have had the same experience at any other hotel. The rooms were clean and it was a very kid friendly hotel.
