I must say that once we got started with the process, and I was cleared by the Doctor the team I had (Ben and Rachel) were awesome. I received my settlement check on 12-22-2023 enjoyed getting that call prior to the holiday.
I also must say Shelley Leeke gives awesome costly gifts at the beginning and I did not expect the nice T-shirt and other things at closing. Very tasteful, I will use her office again if needed and I will special request Ben and Rachel

I was in a fairly serious car accident that wasn't my fault back in October and I did not think twice about contacting Shelly Leeke Law Firm. A few years back Chip Alexander was instrumental in helping my daughter get approved for disability benefits which was a pain staking two-year process with the Social Security Administration.

I was unsure whether or not I needed an attorney for my car accident so the weekend after my accident I filled out the contact form online and received an immediate response that someone would be contacting me. Within a day or two I spoke with attorney Kassandra Garan who gathered my information and told me what to expect. I was told that it could take up to two years to settle my case so I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful that my case was settled and closed within six months. I was also very grateful that I didn't have to deal with the insurance companies and that Kassandra and Octavia handled everything for me. Anytime I had a question I would receive a prompt response from either Kassandra or Octavia. I also can't leave out that because of Kassandra and Octavia, I was awarded the full amount available to me which was also a pleasant surprise.
