Worked with the Salibas for almost 16 years at VIP. There are no better people to care about their customers. They care about their VIP tenants and the personal storage. They always strive to give everyone an A+ experience. Highly recommended by this former employee!

rented a u haul truck and car trailer, u haul wanted me to drive more than an hour for pick up, drove by VIP to get box's and happened to ask Debbie if she had truck/trailer.... she did me a solid and gave me a break on the box's too, great lady, highly recommend VIP

The customer service was absolutely fantastic. Renting a uhaul truck was so much easier to deal with them in person, rather then going through uhaul website. They knew the ins and outs of the uhaul procedures. An when I knew I was going be late on returning the truck, they helped me out to give me the extra time I needed in my move.

Debbie was great! I had to move out of an apartment within 2 days because of black mold. The key was left in the box for me the next morning and everything went smoothly. Debbie is the real VIP

I have had several storage units here over the years and I highly recommend VIP Storage for all your storage needs. They are reasonably priced, the units are clean and well maintained, and you have the option of climate controlled units or units without.

The lady at the front desk is very nice very polite even seen that I had showed up to go to my storage unit or to pay for my storage little bit late after she took off and she came back and opened up the office and fixed it to where I can pay for my storage another month without any late fees went out of her way above and beyond

Quality customer service, off & on for almost 8 years now. Works hard to rectify any problems. Like the 24 hour/7 days a week access too.
