Time To Shine Car Wash - Charleston (Savannah Highway)

I have been coming here as long as this place has been open. I have 2 cars registered here and I love it. No place is perfect but this is close to perfection as I know it. There's always window cleaners available as well as towels available. I've never encountered a broken vacuum cleaner but watch out that suction is very strong Yippy. Perhaps the time of day can be a factor but they open for very long hours for their customers. Even on cloudy days they can be open. Also I didn't want to fail to mention there is plenty of soap to wash your car as it going through the car wash. That's very important. I highly recommend this place to anybody who have the opportunity to go to the West Ashley location.

The team at time to shine was very friendly and helpful. I had some difficulty syncing up my online subscription to the one in store and Damon and the team were able work through it with me.

There's always clean towels and spray and never not had space for the cleaning stalls. Definitely worth the price in pollen season.

Great place to wash your car, I got the unlimited plan. Good start-up deals. Has strong free vacuums after your wash. It also has a floor mat cleaning machine. Washes are fast but they tend to do a great job. Open 7 days a week. I would recommend this company over any other car wash company. Kids also love the washes because of all the lights. I haven't used the mat cleaner yet but I've seen it used and looks to do a great job. I come here almost every other day with the unlimited washes they offer with the monthly plan. It's also staffed very well. And everyone seems to be in a good helping mood.

ALL staff excellent and customer oriented. Old daily drive came out beautiful in and out for under $30.

The car wash itself is the same as any machine wash, it always misses plenty. But I love the vacuums, cloths and glass cleaner provided. It's so easy to get my car all cleaned up and for only $20 a month.

I really like the concept of an always available car wash. Saw they updated the hours to 7am which is awesome. I went ahead and tried the monthly plan and did another wash today. I think this one was different than last week. Wheels so so, but they have everything available for self service after the wash like glass cleaner, towels and a mat cleaner, so I was able to clean the wheels better by hand anyway. Pretty simple self-serve process and super convenient location. Keep it up! I know it’s only been a month but it will keep getting better and better.

We just moved to West Ashley and bought the monthly pass here. It has so been worth our money. The car looks amazing every time, and we can vacuum and wash our floor mats for free. We were already loving this car wash when I accidentally let my battery die while vacuuming. Jeremy went out of his way to help me and boost my car in no time. This was so appreciated as I had my 3 year old with me and it was hot outside...plus my husband would have had to load up my disabled son to come and boost it. He was so nice and eager to help. This place has indefinitely earned our business.

I enjoy going to Time to Shine for my car wash. I can get my car cleaned using their vacuums and cleaning supplies. I wouldn't go anywhere else because the service is great and the staff are friendly.

Took my vehicle in for a wash today. It missed a few spots so I spoke with Jason who was kind enough to let me do a second run-through which solved it. I really appreciated the great service and will be back.

I had a very positive experience with both the facility and the super friendly and helpful team! Blake and J.B. went out of their way to make sure that I had everything that I needed for the job, as well as cheerfully providing some extra information about car care in response to my questions.

I am very skeptical about car washes in Charleston because overall, they are all awful. Even with full service, I end up cleaning it when I leave. I am kind of over having to do that so when there still spots and dirt on my car after going through, I asked if I could just go through again. Instead, the manager came out and by hand, cleaned the remainder of my car!!!! I was extremely impressed!!!! I went from being agitated to buying a membership. That is what good customer service can do.
