Wonderful experience with Wendy! She made me feel so comfortable and was super knowledgeable on all products. She gave honest feedback and catered to my interest which I thought was really nice. The store was super clean, everything organized and staff welcoming.

A little pricey but a great selection! The woman working was delightful and extremely helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and seemed to know what I was looking for before I did. I can't remember her name but she had long blonde/ white hair and glasses. She really made the experience for me. I'll definitely be returning.

Just stopped in to look at a few things & Danni the sales associate helped me & was very helpful!!! She was so knowledgeable! Just walking in she made me feel so welcomed!!! Definitely will be back just because of the great experience!!! Customer service is #1 thank you Danni!!!

Isa was super helpful with explaining everything I needed to know! They did amazing and made everything a lot easier to understand and I was able to find what I wanted pretty well! Definitely would recommend this location and Badd kitty in general to others.

I decided to check out the Savannah Hwy store because I wanted to see if there would be a wider variety of items, in a bigger store. I was caught by surprise to bump into Tori again but her bubbly attitude was welcoming! Definitely brightened my day! Definitely going to be recommending Badd Kitty stores for my friends!!

Went back into the West Ashley Store this past week. They are always knowledgeable and willing to assist, especially Wendy; you describe what you want and she will help you find it or give suggestions!

As a big girl, it's hard to find lingerie that fits and makes you feel sexy but this store provides a welcoming atmosphere and makes me feel like I belong shopping there. Not many stores do. If you are a big, curvy, beautiful girl definitely come in and they will help you out!

This place is fantastic. The staff - Stephanie and Che (pronounced 'shay') are personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and just super fun people. I wanted to stay and hang out with them all day. There's a wide selection of products, and if you have no clue what you're looking for, they can walk you through the basics. I learned a ton.

Morgan did an absolutely amazing job explaining the benefits of the pieces I needed while staying within my budget. Sometimes order stores can be overwhelming but they provided a personal and friendly experience.

I’m a regular to check out their men’s underwear, but today I met Isa while checking out their latest selection. She was a fantastic person to talk to! Very knowledgeable and made it feel less awkward to discuss sexual topics with a store employee. Great experience, and Isa made the biggest difference.

I was blown away by how accommodating the staff was, and how open they were to my questions. Very understanding and very nice. I believe the one who helped me was an associate named Isa. Excellent worker, I'll be glad to go again.

The West Ashley store is amazing. I've been meaning to write this review for a while. I first went into this store back in November but I never looked at any of the lingerie, as a plus size lady, I always assumed there was nothing for me. But when I went in to the store in January again, I was told by Wendy there was a curvy girl section where all the plus size lingerie was. This is amazing and makes me feel welcomed; like I belong where in other stores, I feel like I don't. Now, when I go into the West Ashley Store, I know I can go right in and go right over to my section and can usually find something I like.

Most of the people at the West Ashley store greet you when you walk in but Wendy always greets you with a smile; she is very knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. I know I can go in and always find something with her help even if I don't know exactly what I'm looking for.

They had a clearance rack is very important. The non-sale racks were a bit pricey but my granddaughter found what she needed. I will return for myself soon.
