Millennium Maxwell House Hotel Nashville

This hotel is a great hotel, clean room, availability and great ladies up front at the desk. The location to down town is awesome and even had a van to take you downtown and pick you up. Can’t ask for more, every time we go to Nashville we stay here this is our home away from home. You got to check this place out affordable prices and convenience is something that is a necessity when you come to Nashville to club.

This is a good hotel when you consider location and customer service. This was our second stay and we stayed on a floor that has been remodeled - nice engineered hardwoods, updated bath room and more modern furniture. There need to be bedside tables with lamps on both sides of the bed.
The facility has soooo much potential. I’m glad to see the management taking an interest in upgrading this lovely vintage hotel.

Honestly not sure what's with all the bad reviews, the hotel has a pretty great view of the city. There is a free shuttle that takes you downtown. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are newer and comfortable. The hotel is slightly older than most but overall I had a great experience. Tad pricey but worth it. I would stay here again when I'm back in Nashville.

This place deserves a 5 star review. The room decor may be older but it is clean. We had a wonderful time. This was my second time staying here and I will stay here again. You can't beat the value, the proximity to attractions and the shuttle to Broadway was a wonderful surprise. Saved us on paying for an Uber several times. Great place to stay.

True, the carpet is from 1976 and there was no fridge or microwave in the room but you get what you pay for.
A continental breakfast would have been nice but their restaurant has a $10 buffet, so I get it...

We arrived at hotel and lines were long for check in but they had 4-5 workers and check in went fast and smooth. Front desk workers were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cozy. Beds were comfy but the pillows are like throw pillows. Not big at all. Only had enough towels for 2 people in the room but the shower had very hot water. Restaurant and bar was fun. Live music from locals and friendly atmosphere. Shuttle to downtown was a PLUS! I will definitely be staying here again.

I enjoy my stay every time I'm here. I extended my stay, and had a young professional man ask men when was I checking out. I told him I extended my stay, you're not gonna have security get me. He chuckled and continued to do his job. Keep up the great work.

What a beautiful hotel!!!! The rooms are very clean, the facility is gorgeous and the customer service is amazing. Please consider this for your overnight accommodations when visiting Nashville. There is a shuttle to town and back, a reasonably priced breakfast buffet, and secure parking!

I don't understand the bad reviews. I have stayed here twice. People are friendly, free shuttle downtown, restaurant options on site for convenience. Free parking, rooms are good, beds comfortable. Nice view too. Older property but safe and comfortable at an affordable price!

This was my first time at this Hotel and I was very impressed!! This Hotel is very beautiful and decorative with the holidays decorating about. Booking this room was very easy and extremely fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful to my needs and wants explaining to me about the amenities of the hotel ex..the bar, the shuttle service, the restaurant's that cater after hours. I was very impressed at how comfortable our room was. The bed was so very soft and comfy, the tub was very big and nice. Checking out was very easy and hassle free no lines to wait in. I loved this beautiful hotel, thank you for making this one of my best experiences at a hotel in a very long time. I will definitely be back. I would love to go back again soon and enjoy some relaxation time and enjoy the atmosphere and possibly get to meet some more famous singers and bands. I was completely surprised when I got to hang out with and enjoy all of the great music and meet so many people. I hope to get to do it all again.

Did not stay the night, went for a conference. The ball room was very large, clean and setup nicely. The wait staff were good with their food service. Would definitely recommend this hotel to host a large event.

We are still here in room 324 so I am writing this now to inform anyone who is thinking about coming to NASHVILLE to stay here..
Only a few minutes, by shuttle to downtown NASHVILLE and the Amazing honky tonk bars...
So much to do and see alas 😕 not enough time for everything 😪....
Definitely returning to NASHVILLE and we WILL be staying at the Maxwell House Hotel again.....That's for sure 👌...

I had to change my review. We stayed again on the 8th floor the room was beautiful!! My original review was one star after staying in an outdated room.
Oh and another great thing they shuttle you downtown Nashville no additional cost!!! Our driver I forgot his name but he was the driver on 10/29. He was so informative, pleasant and professional and fun!! This hotel is a great bang for your buck.

We were in town for a 50th Birthday party. The staff was beyond AMAZING! We had great customer service from check in to daily craziness to check out! I would definitely stay here again!

This is our go to hotel in Nashville. Inexpensive, close to downtown and great staff working there. They also have a much needed shuttle to take guests downtown.

Great location close to airport. Front desk staff Alexus was very helpful and personable. Rooms clean and spacious. They also offer a free Shuttle service to downtown Nashville! Would stay again in future.
