I love it there.. I’ve been working there for almost a week and I have been doing my BEST TO KEEP THE CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND SATISFIED . #Bianca : )
Btw I work 2pm - 10pm sometimes 11pm . I love to greet everyone with respect . We all have bad days but I promise to never take my personal problems to my work place ! I see that our store have had mostly bad reviews and I would love to change that. So please if you see this review don’t be afraid to come back to the store and let the new employees change your perspective on your last reviews : ) #Bianca

My husband had went into the store. Everybody was nice, they were fast and the place was clean.

This store is such a convenience!!! I visit at least once a week. The employees are always helpful and friendly to everyone in line. I've eaten here in the past and purchased a burrito during lunchtime. OMG, better than Chipotle👏🏾🌯!!!!

Despite the negative reviews, I found them really smiley, fun to talk to and very helpful.

Ok prices and decent customer service

They need to re hire another cashier, the man that works weekday nights is always on the phone and never bags your stuff. Just not a nice gas station to be at

Loud, smelly, lazy, fat, terrible, useless, nappy and dark. If I never had to step foot in the business again it would be a god send. If it burned to the ground it do the neighborhood a giant favor. Stay away unless you like loud music from the checkout, cursing, rudeness, incompetence, incredibly slow service, utterly unprofessional and uncaring staff that seem to have zero useful life skills, and love to be harassed and possibly mugged. If so, you will love it. If you love swamp meets this is for you. If you like to worry about being maimed or robbed this is certainly the place for you. You have no high school diploma and no idea how to act in public and hate providing any form of basic customer service then apply today!

They keep the restrooms locked and refuse to let customers use them. Unacceptable! Also rude staff. Many unpleasant experiences here. I’m done!

Apologies as I was a bit snippy back. I’m on my period and needed the restroom. I am a dasher delivering YOUR goods to YOUR customer. The cashier’s “solution” was I should use another gas station. You’re the only one open in the area and I’m literally there to complete a service for YOUR establishment. Well not anymore. If I can’t even use your restroom while completing a delivery for you, then you can find someone else to deliver it. Good luck. It seems no one likes this location.

Worst 7-11 iv ever been in. Employees are very rude they refuse to sell lottery tickets after 6am even tho they should men's restroom is always nasty. In desperate need of all new employees. They never fill the window washer bucket at the pumps. All the cashiers are racists against white customers. Their hotdog buns are always stale they never have ketchup of the hotdogs. I mean the list goes on and on. I do t have enough time in the day or battery life on my phone to type all the reasons this 7/11 on Rosa L Parks Blvd in Nashville TN needs to have all new employees. I hope the corporate office will fix this problem before this store goes out of business because the employees ran off all the customers.

Closed at 830 on a Friday night. Really?
We went elsewhere.

She says don't throw tickets at me, as they were placed on the counter.
And then has the balls to say don't come back.

830pm on 7/11 slurpee day. Everything shut down and closed. Fountain, food, slurpee and restrooms. Terrible excuse for a 7-11 franchise. 7-11 corp needs to clean to this franchise location

I am here right now and they said they are closed. But the door is open unlocked with the big black guy that works there on your night shift sitting in his car and another female employee still in the store. But the big black guy in his car is sitting out there outside saying that they are closed. It is supposed to be a convenient store and this by far not a convenient store period at all

EXTREMELY rude. I waited in line after Luke combs concert and the lady went off on me for grabbing the bathroom door handle and she went off on me. It was extremely unprofessional and rude. Will never go back.

the worst experience of my life in that place, since I moved here a couple of months ago it is the closest gas station, I always saw their faces when I entered and when I go to pay at the register they turn around, all the women of the box are racists, they verbally assaulted me, I don't understand if they complain so much about racism they do the same! They are rude and incompetent, they are values ​​or culture. I will never set foot in that place again
