I won’t be returning. I was working a job for some time right down the road. I would stop in for a coffee and maybe a biscuit for breakfast. I get hammered by the homeless and beggars there every morning. It doesn’t feel safe and for some strange reason I don’t feel like giving anything to man who’s belligerent and drunk at 5 in the morning. Who wants to be approached by another man wearing a hoodie walking out of the dark straight for you? Sometimes there’s someone passed out in front of the store or even inside on the stools. Half of the coffee machines are not working or empty and sometimes the staff is friendly, other times, not so much. It’s a shame, they have a good location and a fairly clean business.

I stopped going here because either the pumps were out of service, they'd run out of gas, or I would be accosted by someone looking for money.

I have no idea how to express the frustration of pulling into the pump and, wait, no, it's out of service let's maneuver here and... that one doesn't work but isn't ... ok nevermind over here and yes it's the person asking for money.

Cashier is sleeping

$0.99 ICEE drinks any size, but they only have lids out for the small size. When I asked if they had lids for the larger sized cups the staff was just like ...uhh no. So I took it upon myself to look in the cabinets underneath the machine and, guess what... I found the larger lids. However…. They don't have any straws except for extremely small pixie size straws that cannot possibly slurp up an ICEE. Literally I never saw such small drinking straws and all my life. They are shorter than a can of soda. Once again the staff was useless. They'll get one star for just having a large supply of prepackaged food and drinks. This place sucks.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! NOT SAFE!!! On Wednesday Feb 12th at around 2:00AM, my friends and I came here because one of them wanted alcohol. She didn’t want to go in alone so my other male friend went in with her. So that left me and one other in the car. My male friend didn’t have his ID on him at the moment but he wasn’t the one trying to buy the alcohol so we thought it wasn’t a big deal. There was two bigger black gals who were working this overnight shift. Apparently when my friends went up to check out one of the gals got attitude with him saying he needs to show his ID too. He couldn’t provide it so it turned into an argument. He said they kept egging it on. So my friends just decided it wasn’t worth it and left. The gals that worked there followed my friends outside the gas station! Continued to argue with them and make all these threats which I did witness. Then one of the gals walks to her car and grabs her gun!!! Holding it in front of all of us! Let me repeat! THIS WAS THE GAS STATION CLERK. That’s when we left. I tried calling to speak to a manager today and the guy hung up on me. I have never seen anything like it. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. !!!!!!!!! The most ghetto thing I have ever experienced. I don’t understand how that place functions because everyone that works there has a mindset of “i don’t care”. Pretty sure if I did speak to a manager they wouldn’t even lift a finger. Truly unbelievable.

I work in the area, and always hate to stop here. i always have a bad experience and today was no different. The line was already to the isle when i walked in, and people was complaining. I was on Empty so i had to stop for gas. It one lil young black girl working her butt off while two more female employees was standing behind her doing nothing. I wouldn't advise anyone to stop at this store. It's always something. I've stop there at 6am before and they would be out of coffee. At 6am, are you serious?

Yesterday I went in to purchase an item. They didn't have the item out front and the cashier requested the manager get the item from the back. While I was waiting on the manager, the cashier rung me up only to find out they were out. Both the manager and the cashier then proceeded to throw major attitude because they had to refund my card. When I then requested something else behind the counter the cashier rolled her eyes and said "oh my god...really?". I told her to forget it and as I was leaving she yelled at me "good". Poor service and while they will never miss my business, I won't be back. Perhaps instead of having babies out of wedlock, they could have gone to school and then they would not be working in a gas station.

Went in this morning to buy a salad and a coffee. I asked one employee who was sitting down on her phone if they have anymore ranch and she ignored me. Then I asked her again and she stated in the nastiest attitude that if there was none out they did not have any. When I tried to get a cup of coffee, another young lady said she was out of coffee and she is making more. I asked how long it would take to brew and she ignored my question and yelled to the other employee telling her she needed to get up because shes got people asking her how long coffee will take and shes getting irritated. I laid everything down on the counter and walked out. Every time I am in there, there are employees cussing yelling and just being downright unprofessional. I will not give you my money to be disrespected. I will take my money elsewhere.

This store needs to do better with keeping items stocked. They are too often without ice, lids and coffee. I went in this morning (June 2) for coffee and NONE of the machines had any coffee. This is a 24 hour store, so some things should naturally always be stocked.

I work midnights street sweeping. So I stop at several stations throughout the nights Everytime I stop at tiger Mart they say they are closed or are very rude they refused to except the 100$ cash I had to fill up the truck around 50$ then a few snacks so roughly 35-40 in change back. They service of the employees are horrible I drink coffee and there was none and the lady was extremely rude when I asked was she making coffee bc she was cleaning (not really just standing talking on phone). I will never stop at any tiger Mart.

This place is just a combination of wrongs. Unfriendly staff, unstocked items, messy food areas. I've had coffee grounds in my coffee, cheese missing from my breakfast sandwich, and staff wants to look at you sideways when you mention something is wrong. I do like Laredo, the people who prepare food there seem a BIT friendlier. They need corporate to walk in as customers for a couple of days so they can get a feel of what we get and implement some changes.

The hours advertise 24 hours.
I drive up along with many other potential customers. A lady is standing outside smoking cigarettes announcing that the store is shutdown though the front door is unlocked and open.
I asked why. She replied, “Shift change”.
Very strange. I did not believe that to be the true reason. But, I wasn’t going to be served to purchase a bottle of water.
There was another person behind the register counter.

I had the worse experience by getting Scam by some hackers by paying at the pump on May 22,2019 I use my card here on pump #1 and I always check around the pumps but this time the hackers stolen my info and waited the next day to rack up -$179.32 total separate transactions for -$89.56 and -$89.76
and they try another transaction for -$91.00 until I disable my card while I was at work is very sick but I was Blessed to have the Credit Card App on my phone to get notification on any transactions so that really save me from anymore charges. The Bank refunded my money back so I'm warning everybody not to pay at the pump and pay Inside it's to many Hackers & Scammers putting all kinds of unknown devices on Gas pumps because it can happen to you!!!! It's 4 am now. I tried get the gas. The guy cashier was very rude. I felt discriminated.
Even it calls now taco Laredo a plus whatever it is I don't want to go there anymore

They are 24 hrs but yet they close for 1 hour between 3am and 4am. Terrible inconvenience for such over priced, unstocked junk with a rude staff to boot. If I had another choice I would take it...... but I choose to deal with this place.
