Rite Care Pharmacy

Service is prompt, courteous, professional and pharmacist informs me about my medications and contraindications. The store is always clean.They are always open when I need something and the pharmacy staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. They file my insurance claims for me and let me know if there are any delays, when refills are due, and when they are ready for pickup.

I've had no issues thus far with the way things are handled at this pharmacy. The staff is very friendly, respectful, and quite knowledgeable. There is also no delivery charge. They have two methods of delivery. You can choose either FedEx, UPS, or USPS to deliver your medications or you can use their delivery system. They have drivers that drive to Dallas and neighboring cities and I usually get my medication within the next day. It's very convenient and I will definitely keep doing business with them!

Amazing PA team! They were very helpful and friendly. They were able to assist me with the scheduling right away and overnighted my shipment at zero cost. The team was able to educate me with all the information needed by the insurance. I was extremely impressed by their sense of urgency, customer service and expertise.

The pharmacy gave great service, from their customer service agents to their pharmacists. I had questions about a medication that my doctor sent to them. Ritecare went out of their way to answer all the questions I had. From why the doctor sent the medication/to the break down of the cost of the prescription with the rebate and they transferred me to a pharmacist who went over the side effects of the prescription. Ritecare had such amazing service that I am referring them to all my friends and family....

Had a wonderful experience at this pharmacy not only are the prices reasonable they offer free shipping. I recieved my order within 2 days thanks rite care i look foward to using you guys in the future. Also Have wonderful customer service as well were able to answer all my questions.

Excellent experience! So much better than your typical Walgreens or CVS where they have no time for personal attention. The employees were very knowledgeable and the pharmacist was very helpful over the phone AND they delivered to my doorstep! Thank you, Rite Care!

I had some meds delivered but wasn’t home when they arrived. When I got home, Marvin the delivery man, was waiting as he didn’t want to leave them on the porch. What wonderful caring - not often seen! Thanks Marvin and Rite Care for hiring such good people!
