Absolutely love the staff here. Very friendly and courteous especially the night shift employee Ebony. She is very helpful and has great knowledge of every item in the store. What a joy it is to come in that store after midnight have Ebony to offer top notch customer service.

I don't know what they did with their other workers since they are not there this store has been going down machines are never working they're always out of chai tea in the lady in the front lies and tell you that things are working and they're not she don't even know what's in the store when you ask her she's very unconcerned about the customers this used to be my favorite spot but now I have stopped going because I had to go to Starbucks and get me some chai tea because I don't drink coffee.
