The staff was fantastic! So very helpful! The rooms were clean, comfy, and cozy!

Y'all the free breakfast (and I am not a brekky person) was phenomenal! They do it up there! Eggs, biscuits, bacon, sausage, waffles, juices, coffees, fresh fruits....etc. there was so much and you can get more if you are still hungry. They set it up so nicely too!

This hotel was right off the highway, so easy to access and get right back on the highway when you leave. There is a small convenience store located inside the lobby to get some essentials. There are gas stations and restaurants close by as well so you have everything you need

If I ever travel through there again, I will be sure to stay there!

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. The indoor pool is a major highlight. The breakfast the next morning was also very delicious, and had more food options than expected.

Nice hotel, very safe area, stayed where with my kids and wanted a place that was super safe. Nice indoor pool, had an extensive breakfast, nice rooms, LOVED the kitchenette, very quiet. Would stay again for sure.

Lost our home to fire. A total loss. Needed immediate convenient lodging on a Tuesday night at 11:30 PM. Everything was booked but BWP somehow swap some things around and made room for us. That was January 30th, 2024. Today we choose to stay because they have been over the top accommodating and compassionate to our desperate circumstances.

We stayed at this location while in transit from Texas. Our car broke down overnight and luckily enough this location had a room available. I found the staff to be very accommodating and helpful. Our room was great, and the bed was very comfortable. Very grateful for our stay while our car was being worked on.

Breakfast is like a full-on buffet style. Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, cereals, coffee, and much more than other places. Normally, I stay at Spring Hills, but it was a better experience. It is just off the highway with multiple food options (Mcdonalds, Starbucks, Sonic, Subway, kfc, etc etc)

Stayed 2 nights here on a trip for work. Genuinely in the top 5 nicest hotels I've ever stayed. I was so impressed! My jaw dropped when I walked in the room and saw how nice it was. The continental breakfast was also the best I'd ever had at a hotel. Would absolutely stay here again!

This location is Awesome lots of restaurants and place to shop too. If you Google for places like I do. We reserve a room for one-night to go to our church revival. We didn't want to drive home so late. The room was very nice. And the central air was good and cold. Bed was cozy.. Love that hand soap good for your hands... But most of all. Ms. Tee from front desk GREAT SPIRIT!! {I did read the reviews before I reserve my room, she stood out} She's is simply the BEST!! Please forgive me I forgot the breakfast attendant names (stayed 5/26/23} they both was attentive, pleasant and make sure those who needed anything they got it. Those three are keepers. A++ Customer Service and Hospitality

I had a very very pleasants overnight stay. The room was very nice very clean the service was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious the workout room was awesome that heated pool the hot tub unspeakable after A hard Day's work just great. Only complaint is where it's located but I understand they've got work going on on the roadway there but it is kind of awkward to get to. But you won't mind it once you get there. They treated us they had very very friendly service very helpful they had answers for everything that we had a question about without would definitely recommend it and will definitely be back thank you all there for such a pleasant night.

The room was very clean, things worked well, and they were understanding about our late arrival and not-so-on-time departure. The only weird thing was the location, which requires a bit of driving around after leaving the highway to reach. Otherwise, great.

We had an outstanding stay at the Best Western! From the moment we walked in, it was super clean, and staff was as more than amazing on getting us checked in and getting us what we needed! They have a nice clean gym and a saltwater pool that is super kept up! The rooms are beautiful, we just have so many great things to stay and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. We are here on a trip for a surgery and I never had to worry about it not being clean enough. Rey who is one of the staff members at the front desk always answered the phone if we needed anything and was one of the most helpful people we have encountered on our trip! Thank you Rey for making our stay so exceptional!

The hotel is very nice, the bed is very comfortable. They have a good breakfast but their coffee machine is awesome. They have a grill, like to cook out but if it's too windy outside it will blow the flames out. I got the room with the kitchen so it has a stovetop, that's a plus. The workers are very pleasant that work there.👍👍😊

Arriving here, Tee was very happy to help us get settled in. The rooms were spacious and clean. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast and plenty of food options close to the hotel, even a drive through Starbucks about a minute away. Would come back!

My stay was excellent because Thaddeus who worked the front desk was outstanding. This employee was personable, professional, and went above and beyond when welcoming us for our stay. He took the time to thank me for my service and ensured he went over all the benefits of being a best western member. What an outstanding employee. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Truly one of the most pleasant people I’ve encountered in the service industry and I was a service industry executive at one time.

This is a good place to stay. Subtracted 1 star site to the room was hot(84) when we walked in. It took a long time to cool down to 68. Sometime in the wee morning. Also the room smelled like a perfume store. Way strong, and me having allergies I woke up at 4am with a bad headache. I hope, if it's hot outside, they turn the air on early for guests' arrival.

Fairly new property that is way above the usual Best Western Plus hotel ! Big modern rooms, mine had a large walk in shower with modern bathroom fixtures.
Breakfast was really good with a great variety that never went lacking.

We stayed here on Memorial Day weekend, and we were treated like family. From the front desk, clean room, and the young man in the kitchen; everything was Awesome!!!

We will be traveling back from Texas and currently looking to book another stay at your facility. No complaints here!!!

Employee Tee at Jackson Tenn location is wonderful! Give her a raise! We have decided Best Western Plus will be our go to when traveling. Great amenities and clean rooms. With great employees including oklahoma city Yukon location. I just can't remember her name.
