Family Care Walk-In Clinic

Been going to this clinic for over 5 yrs, went to the location in 3 way for about 5 yrs prior. Never had a problem at this location with staff & the doctors are always nice. Sometimes you can tell the nurses have had a bad day prior but I can only imagine some of the ignorance they deal with daily. I've had more quick visits than long waits. But if I walk in and the waiting room is full, common sense tells you that its gonna be a min before you get to be seen. The staff does a great job with getting you to a room and seen by the NP and back on the road. My wife & kids also go to this location and we all have positive things to say. We have been thru a few insurance changes in recent yrs & besides a few pieces of paperwork the transition was smooth. We haven't received any bills that were not correct as far as fees and insurance payout. I can complain about the ridiculous things that most expect at a doctors office, but the good traits have won. Great doctors, well trained staff with short to usual doctors office wait times.

My family has been coming to this clinic for the past 7 years. We absolutely love this Clinic! The staff are very knowledgeable, patient, welcoming, and just all around awesome. The physicians are excellent; very thorough and patient. I recommend this Clinic to every family that needs excellent healthcare.

Best place to feel comfortable and heard. Everyone is always so welcoming and kind. They make it so much easier not to dread medical visits! The knowledge and care is unbeatable.

I had a health issue for years that I had seen many doctors about. They just drew labs and told me I was fine. The Nurse Practitioner at FCWIC took the time to really listen to me. She prescribed a mild medication, and I have my life back. These folks are the best.

These people care about you. They get to the root of the problem and if they can't they will send you to a specialized physician. Another outstanding attribute, they will call you on the weekends and after hours to give you results. Love !!this place

this is the best place to go for a doctors appointment great late hours the whole staff is great especially with me and I have poor Patience with everyone they are quick and get the job done if they can't help you they will refer you to someone else I been in Tennessee for 10 years and been to many doctors and this one is the best wish I could name the staff but too many to name love it and so worth
