Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable, the diesel mechanic was off when my 2016 2500 duramax went in for repairs, but soon as he returned he got it repaired. There was at least four personnel checking with me to help,

I was having some car trouble while driving on the highway and pulled over to realize my protective car covering for under my engine, also known as the skid plate, was dragging and making noise.
I pulled into the Laroche Chevy dealer for immediate assistance. Jason and his team assisted me right away and gave me a quick fix to get me on my way. He was nice enough not to charge me as he knew this was a temporary fix. His professionalism was definitely shown and they are a real class act as my service couldn’t have been any better. Cole is the best salesperson I have had the pleasure of dealing with - I highly recommend Cole and La Roche, even if you have to drive in from Houston/Austin/Dallas.
