Colleen did an amazing job at setting up my insurance for my first car today! We’ve been looking at quotes for a while but she was able to find the best deal out there for me and was quick to help me get it set up! Very polite and sweet and knows what people need/want in their insurance. Ive never written a review for a store before but the experience was great I couldn’t help myself to giving her and the company a shout out. Thank you so much Colleen!

Been with State Farm for 25+yrs. 18yrs with this agent! I have recently encountered poor customer service from a (staff) member. I personally feel that our request with our policy's has become a inconvenience to get the help that is needed or if the help is even provided and in a timely manner. It's like if she is going out of her way to help! We as customers pay there wages and should be more sincere in handling the customer requests...
