AT&T Store

The customer service in this store was great! The sales rep looked into my account and found a way to bring my total bill cost down while adding another line as a work phone. I highly recommend going in to see the reps at thus store!

Came in to add a line and the rep who helped me was exceptional! He was very polite and friendly. I would recommend this AT&T over any other one! Cody was very helpful & I will definitely be going to this location from now on.

Store did an amazing job helping me upgrade my phone. I was worried about transferring everything but they got everything to my new phone. Great job!! 10/10!

The customer service at this store is truly exceptional. They demonstrate a genuine commitment to helping customers save money and promptly resolving any issues that may arise. As a result, it has become my preferred location for purchasing AT&T products.

Cody is the best rep I’ve ever worked with came in to add a watch and he got my plan cheaper and got my son line cheaper he was so nice and friendly. He should be running a store! So anyone needing help definitely go see him!

Store did a great job with my phone. It was having issues making calls. They changed my sim card and now it works great!!

Antonio was the absolutely best. We walked in and he immediately asked what he could help us with. We upgraded our phones with him and he pointed out multiple issues with our bill and helped us switch insurances that better fit our needs. We walked in thinking our bill was going to be able the same, but he ended up getting us the best price and lowering our bill. He also helped with two new promotions and got me my nurse discount. He is an absolute gem and explained everything clearly and in a way we would understand. He was also the only one In the store helping 3 customers at once at one point and he did a GREAT job juggling us and making sure each customer was happy and had what they needed. 10/10 this is the only store we will be using. He deserves a raise!

Chris, Cody and the other gentleman, sorry don't remember his name, were very helpful and friendly and very personable. I was helped right away and I got exactly what i needed, I didn't feel pressured and I felt like I wasn't just another customer. I would work with these three again.

Awesome assistance from Cedrick at the Clinton store. Attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy. Easy out & in, even with a bit of a wait for him to finish helping someone else. They also had the product I wanted to upgrade to.

There is a new manager there and she's amazing! I had issues with billing and she cleared then right up. She set the whole family up with new phones and kept my bill right in line with what it's always been. 5 stars!

Awesome experience switching services. Rusty looked for every promotion he could find to save me money or get me something for free. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Couldn't be any more pleased with my decision to switch to AT&T in the Clinton store.

Rusty was honest and a straight shooter, very helpful and was able to recover all my wife's stuff from her old phone that had no screen visibility. I highly recommend him. Great customer service.

Rusty was super helpful. We got new phones very quickly, and he helped walk my husband through transferring his data step by step. He also helped me with my external drive issues. Great experience.

Rusty the store manager was fantastic. I was having trouble with ATT on phone. They completely messed up my account. Near tears I went to this store and was greeted by Scott who was great. Rusty was so knowledgeable- he fixed everything and Scott helped take care of me as well. Because of them, we kept the account and didn’t switch to Verizon. Anything you need - go to this store!!
