Friendly staff….very attentive. Markell (sp) is awesome. Bought some Onclouds but returned because they didn’t fit properly. Tried some others and finally got the right shoe for me. 10/10 recommend.

Awesome experience! Found shoes for my daughter and myself. Loved the tech to measure our feet and find just the right shoe (my feet are wide). The lady that helped us was so personable and knowledgable. And the vibe inside the shop is fun and cool! Great experience - after only every buying online - now I get the upside of the in-store experience! Totally worth it!

I was extremely pleased and genuinely impressed with my service by Lucas. I called the day before to inquire about the return policy, because I’m really stressed out about finding a great pair of shoes, and his customer service was immediately on point. He invited me to come on in the next day, which I did. He took his time and was extremely patient with me because I’m really picky. He mentioned that he had only started two weeks previously and that absolutely blew me away. I don’t know if your training program is military-grade, or if he is wired to be so incredibly customer-service oriented, but you genuinely have a gem of an employee. He makes me want to spend hundreds on a good pair of shoes for myself. Another young lady with glasses, she had previously done the women’s triathlon a week before my triathlon this weekend, and Lucas, both stood there and gave me pointers on nutrition before my triathlon, and I just can’t tell you how much I appreciate them both taking the time to just sit there and talk to me about it. I also love my shoes. I found it ironic I walked in and ended up purchasing the exact same shoes Lucas was wearing. The OnCloud Monsters are the best sneakers I’ve ever put on my feet. Seriously, I am genuinely grateful for this experience.

I received excellent service at Fleet Feet Green Hills! I had my baby with me who was feeling fussy, so I was extremely thankful for efficient, to the point service that was both educational and helpful. We found the inserts my doctor recommended, got the right fit, and even added on some socks that met my specific needs. I was very pleased with my experience!

The science behind the shoe selection is incredible, and when you couple that with the enthusiasm, empathy, kindness and knowledge, you end up with an experience that tempts me to make my next purchase in person in the store as opposed to on-line.

This store is amazing. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and helped. My friend and I both had our feet tested for running shoes. The girl that helped us was amazing! She was very sweet and knowledgeable.

Great place. I went into the store looking for on cloud shoes and they didn't have exactly what I wanted, but did find me a pair that I liked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be going back when I need another pair.

within a minute of entering store I was greeted by a really nice young lady, told her want I wanted and she immediately located and gave me the exact shoes I wanted. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. This was even better than my first great experience there.

Absolutely amazing!

Molly recommended my shoe and fitted me with a foot scan. She sold me my shoe in May ‘23 and I’m about to retire them soon (Oct ‘23). I’ve done A LOT of running! When I bought the New Balance Fresh Foam X 880v13, I had no idea that I would even like these shoes. Molly knew what to do and I haven’t had shin splints or foot problems ever since!

My wife recently purchased some Kharu shoes and was also foot scanned. We love coming here for all our running needs!

The staff at the Green Hills store were patient and knowledgable (the rep was a runner herself). She was patient to go over the run ID results and gave the best recommendation even up through the time the store was closing. We didn't feel rushed or pushed out.
