Macys received my many returns from Christmas purchases with ease, courtesy and in an expeditious manner! The employees were very helpful in processing all five of my returns. I enjoy the variety of sales this time of year. I get to shop for my house and my loved ones. I was put in such a good mood. The store decorations were beautiful.

I went in to pick up an online order. The order was ready when I arrived and very convenient. I was quite happy with my experience at Macy's.

My wife's favorite store. They have good seats in the fitting rooms for when I wait. She also finds plenty of items online. Seem to always have something coming in. 3 floors set up very nice.

3 floors of shopping, the bottom floor, also known as Backstage, has some really great deals on merchandise.

I'm an old grandpa trying to find a proper suit to wear to a grandsons wedding in August. A wonderful lady named Yvette found me stumbling about with that "Im lost" look on my face...and she rescued me! She really went out her way to find the size I needed. She even checked the freight area. What an angel. She SOOOOO represented Macy's with such kindness.

My father passed, I needed a suit. I don’t wear suits…certainly don’t shop for them. Men’s department has a gem of a human being. Mary was kind, thoughtful, beyond helpful. I will never not go here for my first look at anything anymore while she is there. An absolute credit to humanity. Love.

I have been to 21 macys across this great country….. this one and the one in Naples Florida are the two best

Shopped in the women's section for some wraps, and the clerk was very cordial. I purchased two because they had a great 50% off sale. 🤗 Another clerk from the toy department helped me look for a spider man. However, Macy's did not have any spider man toys.😪

Mark down on branded stuff is the best.

Macys had great sales! The sales girl was very sweet and helpful.

I was in the luggage dept today. There were deep discounts, and I was a little confused about the pricing. Naseem helped me find the best deal by looking up the discounted price on each item, and explained which items were sold as a package, and which were priced individually. I got an additional discount for having a Macy's account. I apologized for not bringing my card, and she said never mind, she didn't need it, and took care of everything. I not only got a great deal, I enjoyed the whole experience !!
