Troy is so kind and professional during our time of need. The gardens are beautiful. The graveside service was set up beautifully. I highly highly recommend! Eternally grateful, The Elliott Family

I wished I could rate this unprofessional business a -0. First let me say the lady in the office is a drug addicted, dont pay attention, disrespectful, smart mouth & a racist. My mother passed in 2022 I came and paid for everything in the same day, picked out my mother headstone, bench and explained to the disrespectful lady of how i wanted everything. The 1st issue is that once i signed all paper work and the insurance was collected, i was called bk to the office the day of my mother services as were at the cemetery burying my mother to be told that some company wouldnt take the check because it was some cents shorts and i had to resign the documents, the 2nd issue is I told the drug addict, disrespectful smart mouth lady how to spell my mothers nickname 5x's and when my mother head stone was delivered my mother nickname was spelled wrong, yes i was upset due to i told her 5x's how to spell it. The 3rd issue is my mother bench still isn't there and had to find out last yr 2023 by another employee that the drug addict, disrespectful smart mouth lady never ordered my mother bench and told the employee she didnt order because the order for the bench wasnt complete. The last and final issue - the drug addict lady, disrespectful and smart mouth when i called to speak with the lady, she over talked me, never let me speak and told me to be quite and listen to her as if shes my mother and said if and when the bench is on the shipment to arrive dont mean it's on the truck and she might call and let me know if and when it arrive and blamed everything that has happened on me. It's my fault the payment was some cents short - how when I dont work  there, it's my fault my mother nickname is wrong on headstone - how when i told her 5x's how to spell and she still spelled wrong, again i dont work there and submit orders to the company that makes headstone, Its my fault my mother bench isnt there and was finally ordered 6 months ago because i didnt tell her how i wanted the bench designed. Again this is why I say shes a drug addict - i told the lady i wanted my mother name on the bench and she said no i couldn't because it wouldnt fit, so i said ok dont put anything, I said i wanted the bench made out of a granite she said no it was expensive but my mom insurance was paying for it and had more than enough for that, so she said the stone without a glaze/shine would be what i could get and i said fine go ahead and place the order. Well the same employee that told me that my mom bench wasnt ordered, designed the same bench with everything as i wanted. Now if the drug addict, disrespectful, racist smart mouth lady put the order in, I doubt it because my mother bench has yet to still arrive. I strongly advise any and everyone to have your loved ones buried at a different cemetery, where the Office Manager isn't on drugs, professional, respectful, dont have a smart mouth and not a racist.

I am very disappointed in the care that my daughter has been given at Highland Memorial Gardens. Over the years the mower has scraped the top of the stone, flowers have been missing from the vase, and at times it seemed to be messy around the graves but I have not said anything. But now I am very upset because it looks like a backhoe has driven over the grave and the stone has sunken down on one side and also has broken off a piece of the base of the vase and now it won't stand up for long by itself without falling over. There is visibly marks that show it was a backhoe that made the marks and it is just downright disrespectful. Very very disappointed and I would not want to be buried there.

My family is buried near the Mausoleum. I have seen a decline on the property in recent years. We have experienced theft on the gravesites more than once. Grass not being mowed, graves not being attended to and now the Mausoleum deterioration. My family and I have our burial plots there. It saddens me that the owners could care less about our loved ones final resting place and it concerns me that one day it will be our final place of rest. My families gravesites are in close proximity to the Mausoleum and we replace the flowers with every season and holidays. It breaks our heart that we have had to wait to replace the flowers due to the condition of the cemetery. My heart goes out to the families who have loved one buried in the Mausoleum. This is a disgrace to all our families and foremost to our deceased loved ones😔 If the Owners have any respect for humanity they will fix these issues promptly!

My mom was buried here 3 months ago in January 2022. She was kind enough to have everything planned and paid for in advance. My dad was already buried there and they share a stone. Her marker has been bought and paid for and in storage for several years. My granddaughter and I brought flowers to put on their graves the other day and the marker for my mom has not been placed yet. 3 months and they didn’t have enough respect to get my mom’s marker out of storage and place it on the stone next to my dad’s. I called to ask why and was told she’d check and call me right back. She didn’t. 4 hours later I called her and she said they were expecting a truck but she didn’t know if my mom’s would be on there. Apparently they just haven’t told anyone to get it out of storage. I got no apologies. This is totally unacceptable especially for what it costs. I don’t appreciate them disrespecting my mother like this especially after she took so much care in making sure things would be taken care of.

My aunt died in April of 2021. I paid for a tombstone that has not been put down. It has been 14 months of calling and making trips to the cemetery office to be told that everything is behind because of the pandemic. How long will that be an excuse? I paid for the tombstone and I want it to be put down. I am so hurt and disappointed in how this has been handled.

My husband is buried here and I am not happy with the way the gravesites are being run over with a tractor. The marker has tire prints and the vase is broken again. The lady in the office tells us it’s just the weather. No it’s not. I have pictures and you can see where the stone has been ran over. It is sad that the grounds are not being taken care of. There is several reviews on the website that reveal the same thing. There needs to be something done because people are not pleased with this. My husband is James R Lindsey, Sr. My name is Linda Lindsey.

I have 5 loved ones buried all over the cemetery and I wish we could exume them and put them somewhere where the owners of the cemetery don't disrespect them. Every grave has scrape marks where the lawnmowers have carelessly driven over them and there's constantly weeds or grass shavings covering up headstones. They gouge prices for various people and they do shoddy work that takes months for them to finish. Don't come here looking for anything besides the bottom of the barrel of humanity.

Very sad for the families who have loved ones in the mausoleum here. No reason to have no air conditioning all summer nor being opened to the public while having leaking crypts.
