Ridgecrest Cemetery

The maintenance and ground crew Take care of my father. It is always clean neat and orderly. I know there are horror stories out there but thank God I don't have one. I appreciate all that They do. I know sometimes it's an unappreciated job. I just wanna be one that says," I really appreciate it."

I have several family members there and while driving by last week I noticed the grounds have greatly improved in the last few months. The groundskeepers are doing a great job. Looks better than I’ve seen it in a while. Keep up the good work!

My family had a recent graveside funeral service at Ridgecrest Cemetery and were very pleased with the service. I primarily dealt with Mr Mike Deaton and felt he was very honest, patient, understanding, and professional. I had been making preparations a few months in advance, and when the final day arrived, he was absolutely prepared and helped make the process as smooth as possible. Even since the funeral service he has reached out to me and my family to make sure we were doing well. I appreciate him, as well as Mr Wayne who works in the same office for their assistance and attention.

I recently purchased a headstone from Randy. I had shopped around and came back to Ridgecrest because of Randy. He was so nice and helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions. He was compassionate and caring. He was great . I will definitely recommend Ridgecrest to anyone in need.

I went by cemetery today and it looked better than it has looked in a long time. The grass was cut and the grounds keeping staff had done a good job of weed eating around the markers. Thank you.

Just a request/suggestion — it would be so nice if you would trim those shrubs by your entrance— very difficult to see traffic when leaving cemetery.

Just came from there. Maintenance is so-so, roundup around stones and lots of low stones covered in grass clippings.
What I liked the least is I couldn't find a grave map. Google it and it's a bunch
of find people ad's. The web site thats trying to sell plots has no maps.
It is a beautiful place.

Horrible customer service. If you work in this profession, you should learn how to talk to people who are grieving and be empathetic. You should not downplay someone's feelings and if you are not sure how to answer a question, say that!

Our friend has waiting over two years and no marker. Will not return calls. She is now buying a nicer marker for half the price from Greenfield and these people still want $400 for her to be allowed to place the marker. Beware. Still haven’t returned her $4800. This is another lady and not the previous reviewer.

HORRIBLE! It's 2 YEARS+ 9 days since my mom died, was buried and there's STILL NO MARKER in place. I waited over a for a marker and finally ordered one from another company. I know it was delivered several months ago because I have the tracking invoice showing it was delivered but STILL no one has bothered to put it down. No excuse!!! Service at this place reaks.!!!!! Notice - the Good reviews are all OLD, 4 years.

TERRIBLE! On Jan. 03, 2023, next week, it will be 2 YEARS that Mom died and the marker is STILL NOT IN PLACE. Yea, they had some problems but this is ridiculous. I finally had a marker made and shipped from out of state, it was received several months ago and is still not on the grave. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Go somewhere else. I ordered sod, NO sod was put down. It's excuses all the time. I'm ready to SUE. I'm mad and disgusted. 2 years is TOO long.

My mom died in Jan. 2021 and we still don't have the marker. It's been over a year. I understand a delay but there are other companies that could have responded faster. It will be her 97th birthday soon and still, there's no marker. Unbelievable. I am ready to make one myself and bring it down and put it on her grave. No communication so I don't' know what's going on and I have to be the one to call.

This was a beautiful place years ago. My parents and several family members and friends have gravesites there. We buried my precious mother there in August 2016. Since then different ones of our family have called to complain about first getting her grave grated down flat after settling and a grass-seeded mat laid down. Then, the date plate took forever to get laid. Now, we have had to weedeat the area ourselves more than once! I went today and the weeds around markers are at least 15 inches tall. Please don’t bury your loved ones here!! You will regret it. I do.
