Staybridge Suites Midvale

It was great. The kids swam every day. The pool was heated. Breakfast was great. It had fresh fruit strawberries, grapes, honeydew melon, apples,and bananas. They all saw eggs, potatoes, and sausage. There was also a machine to make your own waffles. Several different cereals. Lots of juice or soft drink choices. They also do dinner Monday to Wednesday. Was great to have a full size Refrigerator With an ice machine built-in. The only advice is to turn your refrigerator and freezer on when you first get in the room. The rooms were spacious. Oh, and they also have pots and pans and plates and silverware in the cabinets.

The place is clean and all areas and rooms look modern and cozy. Good breakfast selection, although had to wait for some items as they had ran out. My one complaint is that they are frugal about towels and pillows and when I called reception to request more, they made me go down to pick them up.

Good access to highways and only 40min from popular ski resorts. Good selection of stores and restaurants next to the hotel. I would certainly come again.

I love this hotel! Great location with lots of food options. The staff here are amazing and have great customer service. They recently remodeled the hotel and it has a very clean and classy look to it while still also having the homey vibe. It’s truly a home away from home. I will definitely be coming back here!

This is a beautiful hotel with beautiful amenities. I am so impressed with everything right down to the breakfast food which was delicious. Location is perfect near plenty of restaurants. And the best part? My extremely helpful, friendly and kind front desk agent Coco. Coco exemplifies perfect customer service and attitude. She made my stay and experience here unforgettable and exemplifies everything the Staybridge Suites brand claims to stand for. She should be running the entire company. Traveled to Utah to have dental reconstruction surgery done. This place was right next door. Monday through Wednesday they have a social hour at about 5 to 7:00 which gave complimentary beer, wine and also a nice meal or snack depending on how you look at it. Rooms were comfortable clean. Staff was friendly. Really enjoyed our stay

It's right off the interstate and next to a grocery store as well as places to eat. Facility has a nice pool area as well as free laundry. Room was clean and stocked with dishes, pots and pans, coffee pot, stovetop, and even dish soap. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety of waffles, eggs, bacon, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, bagels, toast, coffee, juices, etc. I'll be staying here again.

We loved our time here. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to help make our stay a good experience. The room was clean and the beds were thankfully comfortable and not rock hard!

Very clean and new building. All the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The location is great in what seems to be a safe higher end neighborhood. Great value for the money!

As an IHG member, we once again were very impressed with another Staybridge Suites Hotel! Absolutely loved this place. Newly remodeled. Fantastic air conditioning. Felt safe in this area. Friendly hotel staff. We will be back.

I stayed at this hotel for the past 5 months.. This is by far the BEST HOTEL I've ever stayed! The entire staff is absolutely amazing! They always make sure your taken care of. And go above and beyond to ensure you feel at home! They are all so kind and always had the best attitudes. Not only are the people AMAZING, but so is the food! They have a free hot breakfast that's never disappointing! The biscuits and gravy were my favorite.. The Cook's go way out of their way to make everyone happy, and I witnessed this many times!! Trust me these employees actually care about everyone!

The walls are a little thin but you only notice late at night and it never bothered me.. but I'm a loud person and quite clumsy whenever I'm trying to be quiet.. 😜
There's a pool and hot tub that make it even more spectacular of a place to be!

My only problem with this hotel is that I didn't stay here on my previous business trips to SLC. Convenient location, new hotel, all suite format, breakfast included, it checks all the boxes.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The breakfast was so good and most importantly the coffee was amazing! I probably drank an entire dispensers worth of the stuff during my 2 day stay lol The rooms are really nice with comfy beds and pillows. I also really liked the bathroom and the fact that they have shampoo and conditioner and body wash dispensers right in the shower! No more tiny plastic bottles that are bad for the environment and also never have enough in them. I didn't have to get extra just to take one shower bc I had all I needed from the start! 10/10 will stay here again!

Our stay was amazing and breakfast was amazing too in the morning, Nice and friendly staff working and maintenance was sort of fast to fix the garbage disposal so we had a clogged sink for a little bit but once fixed everything was great. Pool was nice and clean and fire place was cool to turn on. I give this place a 10/10

We took a chance and stayed here even though there were a lot of negative reviews. I called and spoke to Kim about these reviews and she told me about the "upgrades" if you will. New linens, service teams, etc. I put in a room preference request and Kim made note and certainly accommodated our room location and choice. The room was clean and looked updated. Bed is comfortable, nice water pressure in the shower. What a nice place to stay after taking care of some business in SLC....being able to utilize the kitchen space and stretch out in a very nice sized room. Our lamp on the desk did not work, thus called the front desk and "M" (I use the initial because I don't know how to spell her name) brought us new one within 10 minutes. Will stay here in the future if the need arises.

My family and I stayed here while in town for a funeral and the hotel and staff were great and very accommodating. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast and social dinners did not disappoint. Ashly at the front desk was super helpful our entire stay and we will 100% be staying here again soon!
