Recently had to put my car in the shop, as my vehicle's brakes were coming up at the end of their life. I only have a couple of hours in my day, due to my work, so I was skeptical of bringing it in during my lunch in the middle of the weekday.

I met with Chris Martinez who was very professional and very polite — guiding me through the process of what kind of brakes that I needed, if I needed a brake flush, etc. I completely expected to wait 5+ hours for my vehicle to be finished...

I was AMAZED to learn that it took less than 2 hours, and I got everything I needed done well under the budget! Definitely coming here again in the future! Glad I got the lifetime warranty!

I called and spoke with Chris, he advised that I bring in my car (following Monday) to do some test. Got my car jumped and brought my car in. Chris and team diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it within a few hours. I appreciate Chris educating me on the car issue, I can tell he cares about his customer. Plus, offering free Lyft ride to and from the shop was a fantastic!

I got my car serviced here for the first time per a referral.
I had never heard of Brakes Plus before and I was initially skeptical since one never knows if they’ll over charge. Also, in my case, take advantage of my lack of knowledge about any kind of mechanical issue.
However, Chris and Sebastian were very professional and friendly.
They were constantly providing me with updates on the progress of my car while I waited. They took the time to not only explain the issues that were going on with my car but also show me. I was provided with options on how to go about getting them fixed and they cared enough to provide me with as many discounts as possible to help me out.
I was very pleased with their expertise, their professionalism and friendliness that even though I live quite far from this location, I will be coming here from here on out. I highly recommend Brakes Plus and letting Sebastian and/or Chris take care of all your car-servicing needs!

I dropped my car off for an oil change and to rotate my tires. They were very helpful and the customer service was top tier. They were very honest about the condition of my brakes as well. Some places like to exaggerate or scare you, but the person I spoke with gave me a very straightforward answer.
