Lindsey was AMAZING! When I received my tax estimate this year, the value had increased by almost $45,000. Lindsey posted on Nextdoor offering her services by providing comps to help folks protest. Although many had responded before me, Lindsey was quick to get back to me and after a brief exchange, was able to provide comps, even though it was difficult in my area. I protested and was able to get the value reduced to last year's number! She saved me a lot of money and even offered to help me again next year!!!
