Terry Hershey Park Hike & Bike Trail

a very nice park where you can spend a good afternoon cycling and walking

One of my favorite parks locally. Plenty of parking off beltway 8 and Highway 6.
Like to of shaded section along the paths. The paved/cemented trails are shared by cyclists and runners/walker, while the dirt paths are primarily for walkers. A few water fountains which my pups use regularly for a water break. Great bike/hire trails.

My go to hike and bike trail. Not so crowded like memorial is and offers just as Good. If not better scenery. Since the bayou runs right along the trail, it can be really cool... But it can also be really humid. Elevation changes means you can get a nice workout in.

There are also plenty of scenic spots for photographers.

I love this park! Nice and smooth path for my feet! Brought my longboard 🛹 with me and I enjoyed the road!
Definitely a good place for getting exercise by walking, riding and running!

Such amazing, nice , peaceful, and clean place. It was my first day to go there for biking and I could bike and see beautiful scenes. You can go for biking, hiking, walking , and running. I recommend everyone to go and see in person. Don't go at night or after 8 PM because it would be kind of dark. I took the pictures at 6:30 PM.

Nice paved walk. About .8 of a mile in there is a cute playground for the kids. Also a restroom and water fountain. There is also a water fountain at around 2.3 miles in. Very sunny. Sun protection advised. Good for strollers and bikes. Lots of elevation change. Lots of blueberries. We saw a cute bunny.

Very pretty and clean. Unfortunately some of the cyclists are pretty close to running you over but the majority call their direction. The actual trail is beautiful and long.

One of the highest frequency parks and places in all of Houston. Recently moved from Cypress Texas to Memorial for work and i missed the nature and parks from over there. Discovered this gem, and made me like the area even more , it's a perfect mixture of Houstons booming metropolis and Texas nature. It reminded me a little bit of Austin and San Antonio with the small hills. Park enthusiasts definitely check out this trail!

March 5-2023 Saturday or Sunday early morning is good nice and cool but it already have lots of people walking with headset on when I use my bike bell there don't move, that the thing I hate about it but some people's are nice, 1 more things this parking lot is first come first serve so if you want to bike get here before 7am by 10am is full

Good place for cycling and hiking. It's kind of hard to find a trash can. Nice natural beauty.

Love coming to this park! So much to see and completely relaxing. Been coming here for years. You won't be disappointed.

A very beautiful, calming place to walk and think. For a second I thought I was not in Houston anymore I love nature I think I will be coming here more often just part has been hidden from me for too long

Who can have a complaint against beautiful mother nature? Not me. This place is great for walks, runs, skateboarding, biking, and whatever mode of transport you like.

Great place to run! 6.2 miles in today and actually a bit of a breeze. Love the shower along the way for some more cooling in this heat

Nice well equipped library there. Nice trails along the bayou and fun playground equipment.

Great trail! Can be quite busy with families and casual cyclists and serious cyclists, so watch speeds. Beautiful trail

Excellent place to ride your bike. There is both a concrete trail and a dirty trail.
