From beginning to end this was easily one of the best if not the best car buying experience I’ve had. From the warm welcoming of the staff outside doing some last minute touch ups to the vehicles I made an appointment to test drive. Shawn offered a truly no pressure sales environment with a focus on what I was looking for as a consumer and nothing more. The quality of his inventory sells itself (1 owner/ 2 owner, low mileage, well maintained vehicles with an excellent Carfax history.) What stood out to me the most was the way he conducts business, honor and integrity, and that’s just not something you see too much of these days. Our experience with Auto Paradise of Texas was great! Shawn gave a thorough description of our “unicorn” vehicle which we purchased long distance! The process was very easy and he made sure we knew exactly what to do and when to do it. Our vehicle was delivered within three days and in perfect condition! I found a truck online and called about seeing it. Shawn told me they close in an hour and I can come see it. He then text me that it was ready. I explained I’d be back to purchase the next day and he went ahead and had the truck go through a full inspection and put new brakes on it. He went ahead and had everything ready so when I got there to purchase the vehicle I was in and out. Shawn is super helpful and very honest. He is not going to waste your time or money. We asked about an extended warranty and he called around for prices so I wouldn’t have to. He even told the warranty companies they were a ripoff and hung up on them. He’s not just out here to make a sale he’s definitely more genuine than most other car lots. His whole crew was very welcoming and helpful.

The best auto experience I've ever had. My boyfriend and I went there to look at a car and we're so shocked to see the attention of detail they put into their car. Very clean vehicle, no pressure from the owner to buy at all, had the car fax, and it was kinda like you like it that's great if not thanks for coming in sorta feeling.

The owner has great pride in the cars he sells and cares that his name is on the product he's selling so to speak. They care and it shows. I 100% recommend this place.

I live out of state and needed a vehicle with a wheelchair lift. We saw that auto Paradise had one. Shawn had posted an extensive, up close video of practically every square inch of the vehicle so we felt like we could not see it any better in person. He answered all our questions and then told us he could ship it to Kansas. We decided to buy it sight unseen. Shawn kept us updated every step of the way and even sent us a picture of it, loaded on the transport trailer and gave us the drivers contact information. It arrived the very next day! This dealership is very trustworthy and honest, and we would definitely buy from them again!

I can't completely articulate how awesome Shawn was to deal with. Buying a sight unseen, 30 year old used car online was a little nerve wracking for me. After speaking to Shawn I was put at ease. He answered all my questions regarding the car and more importantly, the buying and shipping process. The buying process was simple and I received the car in Austin the same day I purchased it. Amazing. Shawn also followed up with me several times after I received the car to make sure I was satisfied. Shawn was a pleasant surprise as dealers go...straight shooting, no nonsense approach to negotiating, which was a very good fit for me... Bought a 2006 Tacoma with only 45 k miles in exceptionally good shape. There was no need to haggle; his asking price was very fair. I would absolutely recommend this dealer.

We had a great experience buying our son his first vehicle. Shawn was easy to talk to, didn’t pressure us to buy and all the inventory he had was in great condition. We are from San Antonio and would drive back to Arlington to visit Auto Paradise of Texas if we ever needed another vehicle.

After looking for an Element for 6 months from various websites, I pretty much gave up on finding a good one - until one popped up from Auto Paradise that I couldn't ignore. Perfect condition, low mileage, no accidents - Seemed too good to be true, so I waited a day or two to think things through. I checked out the google reviews, and browsing their inventory (awesome niche stuff), I decided to purchase it even before seeing it. Shawn was very nice - but even if he weren't, I wouldn't care because the car is absolutely perfect, just like he said. I couldn't be happier!

Awesome Dealership!!!!!!! I just purchased a 2008 F150 SuperCrew from Shawn and Auto Paradise of Texas. I've been looking for a few weeks and basically all of the older F150's ive come across at used car dealers have been completely worn out, basically not worth the time or money. I found a truck I liked on Auto Trader listed by Auto Paradise of Texas. Their website had a very detailed description, multiple pics and a video of the truck which showed me they actually took the time to not just take of couple of pics that actually hides the true condition. I decided to take the almost 1 and 1/2 hour trip and WOW, I wasn't the least bit dissapointed. The truck actually looked better in person and that was hard to believe. Shawn took his time and went over everything about the truck. After my test drive, I decided to purchase the truck and had a list or 5 things I wanted taken care of before I came back to pick up My Truck. This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Shawn was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. We purchased a 2021 Corvette. Excellent car!! We love it!! With Shawn's help we drove away with knowledge on the car, he was very detailed on explaining features the car came with.
