I love this online boutique and have been very pleased with all my purchases and the customer service. One thing I do want to mention is that their stuff does seem to run a little small... for the plus sizes. Knowing, I size up. Such cute things!

I just found this boutique/couture shop online. I saw their Instagram show up. The clothes are so beautiful. I know one item was not available, but I certainly found a replacement! I don't even wear dresses...until now. My items arrived quickly, fair prices, great customer service, and so many things to choose. I've gotten two dresses (one is quite long) and a pair of ripped style shorts. Check them out!!! You won't be sorry.

What an amazing store! Great reasonably priced clothes. Great quality and styles. Some tops are so great I buy one in every color. Love the longer tops to wear with leggings. Orders ship quickly and easy returns if you happen to get something that doesn't work for you.

Fast delivery, great quality, and super quick, friendly customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size shirt right before Christmas and immediately sent a message. Even though they had already posted on FB that they would be off for Christmas I got a reply telling me that it would be no problem switching for the correct size. It arrived a few days later. Awesome experience every time I order from them!

Honest review - I like this place. No, I am not obsessed with everything that they sell but I have been really pleased with the items that I chose. They are really nice people. My orders arrive quickly and I have had absolutely no problem with getting responses to my messages. Also, if you place the order within an hour of adding the item to your cart you get free shipping. I am not sure what happened with the reviewer who said that she sent multiple messages with no response. I have NEVER had that happen. If you live in the area you can choose to pickup your order if you need it quicker. I did this when I needed a top for a theme day at work. While they do not typically give refunds (seems to be the standard practice of boutiques) they want you to be happy with your purchase and will give you a credit toward a future order. I have had this when I ordered something that was the wrong size. As for the review that stated that you could save money by buying the items elsewhere, I have not found this to be true. They generally post the brand names in the descriptions. I have tried to find items that I like which were sold out with Zig Zag and I found that they cost more with the supplier. I think this is because they can buy in bulk. I have been shopping with them for about 5 years and will continue to do so.

I was a little nervous to order from an online store because I wasn't able to try on my items to see if I even liked them or to make sure that the sizes fit ok. I went ahead and made an order. Upon receiving my order one of my items was missing a button. I contacted them and I was surprised at how quickly to get a response from them. I wanted to send the item back to them in hopes they were able to fix it and send it back to me. They ended up just sending me a whole new item and said I could keep the old one. I ended up finding a button to almost perfectly match the one that was missing. When it was fixed, I donated it to one of the hurricane Harvey victims in my area. I've since then placed many more orders and will definitely keep ordering from such an amazing company!!!!
