Tech Savvy Phone Repair

Tech Savvy quickly got my son in for a repair appointment after our attempts to get proper service at two other local repair shops failed.

They performed the work quickly for a great price and the phone has worked flawlessly since.

I highly recommend them.

I needed an estimate on repairs for a laptop for a SquareTrade warranty. Diagnostic fee was $65 but honestly, worth it to get something on paper that says repairs cost more than the device cost to get reimbursed by the warranty company.

Device was honestly cursed and had been sent to the manufacturer about three times, then to the warranty provider three times. Each time claiming it to have been fixed and being told basically "we'll give you your money back when OUR techs say they can't fix it"

Tech Savvy upon hearing the issues knew what would be the problem and what it would take for it to be fixed, new CPU, GPU, etc. Took the device under diagnostic for a few days and gave me an estimate to take to SquareTrade after they finally said I could take it to an outside repair place.

Austin was great at fixing my Mac Book Pro screen. There was a slight hiccup with the part they ordered which was the backlight, but totally not their fault. They reached out to me to explain the situation and I was fine with waiting for a new screen to arrive. I will do business with them again! Thank you Austin!

Had a tiny motherboard that needed an even tinier chip soldered on, afraid to try it myself. Did an excellent job, careful and neat and it worked perfectly after. It's hard to find someone even willing to attempt a repair like this that has to be precisely done, but that's what they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get their equipment working again, excellent work!

Very quick and thorough; excellent customer service as well. After getting an iPhone screen repaired, I got home and felt that the screen might not be as good as the original, Paul told me to bring it in and he would check it out. After placing a second, new screen on the phone, it still appeared to have the same issue. Since it was possible that I may be mistaking the issue for a non-issue, upon my request, he had no qualms hooking up the original screen so that I could compare. The problem was resolved, as both screens appeared similar. The take away from this review: Paul went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied. Tim, the owner, is very nice as well and they have done a quality job each time. (I've had 3 screens repaired through Fix It Fast).

Their diagnostic process and fees were transparent and fair, and ultimately they were able to help me take advantage of a factory warranty, which saved me a bunch of money. Timothy does quality work, and will work with your needs. He fixed the broken screen on my iPhone 7plus and threw in a back screen for my camera (which was missing) for free! I’d recommend them to anyone looking for good rates and fast response.

I cracked the screen on my iPhone 7S Plus and called TechSavvy Denton to ask about getting it fixed. I was told they keep these screens in stock, which surprised me since another place I called said they had to special order them. Within 30 minutes of my arrival that same day, the screen was replaced and ready to go. I then was able to purchase a new battery and screen cover, all within an hour. On top of getting my screen fixed, I came out with an overall better phone than I went in with. I will definitely be back here should any of my devices need repairs i the future.

The business was highly recommended by my school's tech. I had a dead battery for my iphone 6 replaced in less than 15 minutes. Really glad this place exists. Reasonable rates too.

Everyone I called told me I they couldn't service my Beats until I called Tech Savvy. Tech Savvy told me to head on down with them and they were repaired and returned same day! Awesome service, super friendly, and extremely professional. I highly recommend!

TLDR: In, fixed and out in 10 minutes for $20. Stress saved.

I came in with my phone unable to charge thinking that I had to get a new phone or have an expensive repair. They found that there was dirt lodged in the charging port and cleaned it out for $20 rather than charging me 180 or whatever it was going to be to take it apart, replace that little prong thing, and put it back together.

Hands down the best service EVER and you would be a CRIMINAL (point intended)to think other wise. I have had these guys fix my phone multiple times because I always drop it and they always do such an amazing job! They do what they say and always DELIVER! Wouldn't go to any other place to get my phone fixed! You guys ROCK and keep up the good work!!!!

These guys are fast and efficient but at the same time provide great customer service! Straight to the point but still make me feel welcomed as a customer. Hope I don't have to repair my daughter's iPhone again but if so, we'll definitely come back here.

Y’all this place is too legit to quit! If there an 10 stars Rating i would be giving a 15 star for Great quality , and Customer service was and did meet my expectations and then Sum, I has a customer I am 100% satisfied with their service and with the fact that they are extremely knowledgeable!!!! plus an all American hard-working staff, that understands how to earn American buck!!!! A friend of mine had told me to check this place out because my camera phone was acting up. Took the guy a few seconds and he fixed the problem! Not bad for my first repair. Best of all the guy was pleasant to deal with. I can not tell you how many times I have gone to other places and feel like I've walked in to a sleazy used car sales dealership! So this was a nice change! Keep it up guys!

They have done it again!! Girlfriend smashed the kids tablet while folding down a seat in vehicle, completely trashed it. Tech savvy (Tim / his son Taylor) repaired the device with a new screen and bent the frame back in 2 days!! I love this place.

This place is amazing. Their Techs do a great job and always a quick turnaround. This is our go to place for our technology needs. Especially with as many times my kids have cracked/broken a phone screen! ;)

I thought my iphone 5c was done for -- it was popped out of its backing, the screen was severely cracked, and the home button was spinning and only occasionally worked. I probably waited less than 20 minutes and my phone was fixed! They brought my phone back to life for a really good price and saved me from having to spend hundreds on a new phone. I'll definitely come back to TechSavvy again if my phone ever needs it. 10/10

I went there because my mom dropped her phone in water. I had called some other places before I found out about TechSavvy, and all they told me was that they couldn't fix it or they could change the screen for $150 but it wasn't guaranteed the phone was going to work. I called TechSavvy and they were really nice about it. They told me they could fix it and for a fair price. Later that day I went to pick up the phone and it was working like new.
