Teddy’s roadside assistance

Super sweet guys came out and helped me and my son - although they don’t work on regular car tires/blowouts they took the time to purchase me a tire and worked for hours getting me together. He even checked the rest of my tires before leaving, on top of being the cheapest option at 11 o’clock at night. Very very thankful for these guys and their customer service!

I am a parent trailing the school charter bus to Mississippi from Dallas when the bus had a tire blow out. I assisted the driver with locating a roadside company available to handle the issue. Starting from the top of the Google search list, and few attempts of other listed 24hr roadside companies not answering calls I came across Teddy's Roadside.
They arrived within 30 minutes and quickly got us back on the road without any further hiccups.

Doing a Pre-Trip at TA Kilgore TX. Found tire flat not an issue until finding out. TA has no shop but I was able to get Teddy's number. From people at TA l made contact with Teddy. It was about 12:00-12:30am and by 1:00am Teddy was onsite. By 1:30-2:00am I was on my way down the road....I know things don't always go Perfect. But this was the one time that it did Rights?!

He came out at 3am and change my tire quickly definitely a life saver!

One of my coaches was down with a Turbo boot issue. This young man came out and got my driver up and going in no time.... He didn't even except payment of any kind. Saved the day for my company and my customers. Thanks Teddy

Teddy is a very honest mechanic. He showed up right on time and began to problem solve with the cheapest and easiest fix first in order to keep our bill as low as possible. He never even charged us a call out fee. He is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I definitely give him 💯

Stopped at the TA Express due to the fact that our lights on a trailer we were hauling weren’t working, was able to get a hold of the Owner Mr. Teddy. He showed up in a timely manner, helped diagnose the problem, was happy to help and when the time to pay came said it was nothing. That was something we weren’t expecting at all, we tipped him good and passed on the blessing. He was very professional, humble and such a gentleman. I’m grateful honest and good mechanics still exist, if you need any service in this area I completely recommend him. You won’t regret it, meeting people like him in our journeys on the road is great! The Owner, Teddy is amazing. He was a gentleman and assisted us in a timely manner, no questions asked!! His prices are very reasonable. If I'm ever in the area in the future and need any help you can bet we will be calling this company to help us out of a tight spot for sure!!

He did a great job, responded to my issue guickly and was able to handle my tire situation fast and efficiently. I appreciate him for responding to me as fast as he did! Call him if you ever break down somewhere he will not let you down.

I meant to write this review much sooner...A few weeks ago my tire had a blowout on i20 along a long bridge unable to pull off so traffic just whizzed right by us. I pulled over and immediately called a roadside assistance place and they sent out Teddy's roadside assistance. I told them on the phone that my newborn was with me and they got there as soon as they could. The man got the tire off faster than I've ever seen anyone change a tire. Seriously this man should work pit crew for Nascar. While we sat on the jack waiting for him to get back I got nervous about how much all this would cost and if we could afford it. Shortly after they got back and put the new tire on and just told me to pull to the next exit so I could get the baby to a safer spot. When I went to pay him he informed me that he would only charge me for the tire. I almost broke down in tears after hearing that. This man not only saved the day for me and my baby he renewed my faith in people. We have been extremely happy with the service. Just the fact that it was fast, dependable and available. It is a product that actually delivers on what is advertised. Quick but the job is done right. These guys get you back on the road quick instead of going to your dealerships or trucks stops and being ripped off and waiting for days if not weeks. Come over here to teddy roadside.

So glad that there are still skilled, honest diesel mechanics out here. Teddy got there in minutes had saved another truck driver from a hefty tow while the tow guy, who was late getting there and still tried to get the driver to pay for a tow even tho he didn't even touch the truck. Then quickly found my issue and got me back on the road. Thanks so much

The guy was really nice .. he even found parts at this late hour bt my problem was i have delivery to make in morning in laredo and its gonna take him 2 hours to get parts and 2 hours extra to work on it … so i had to move and he didnt even charge us for finding problem.

He went above and beyond for my family and I when we were stuck on the side of the road because our spare blew. All around good dude! 10/10 Recommend

Affordable mobile mechanic. Super nice guy always responds to phone calls and texts messages with in minutes. Very fair on prices and willing to do what he can to get you back on the road safely. He is my goto guy in East Texas.
