This is a long overdue review - I bought my house about 6 months ago with the wonderful help of Jennifer. She was recommended to me by friends when I moved to Austin and knew I wanted to buy. She really looks after your interests and will provide great advice. I wouldn’t be as happy as I am with the house I ended up choosing without her help throughout the home buying process. She is also very detail oriented which was extremely helpful during the blue tape/final walkthrough. Highly recommended to anyone who may be interested in looking for a new home. Thank you Jennifer!

Jennifer Holbert did a fantastic job as our agent selling our house. She arranged quite a few vendors to complete needed repairs, which was very helpful since we were out of town and it was an estate sale. Jennifer kept us well informed throughout the process. She was always prompt in responses and readily available to answer our many questions. We thought it would take a long time to find a new home, especially considering how selective I am; but Jen Holbert listened carefully to what we were looking for and worked on our behalf to find us the perfect home for our lifestyle. She researched communities and ensured we felt comfortable, never rushing us into a home we weren't excited about. She also really helped us navigate how emotional a home sale can be. We had lived in our home for years and it was hard to leave, but she was there with us every step of the way. We felt truly cared for throughout the whole process. We ended up buying a new build and we knew we could work with the builder without an agent, but Jen truly had our best interests in mind, whereas the builder just represents their own interests. Around every turn she made sure we weren't getting taken advantage of and helped us walk us through the process smoothly. She even stayed on top of things after the purchase and has been there with vendors and resources throughout the last couple years.
