The hotel front desk was very friendly.
Check in process was quick.
The location of hotel is nice which restaurant, grocery , I-35 are close by.
The room was clean and bed was comfortable.
They have complimentary hot breakfast. But toast finish soon and refill very slow.
But there is a waffle machine which helps. They also have yogurt.
They always provide coffee in the lobby area which is nice taste.
The lobby area was comfortable with many seating which is great for a quick meeting.
Before booked, I read the review and slightly worried. But, after stay , I enjoy it.
Also the room was reasonable price compared to other 2 hotel brand surround.
Stay for 4 nights and very satisfied.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. It's in a great location near lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The staff is kind and willing to help. I can't wait to book a stay again. The front counter alessa did what she could to help us and the housekeepers are always working hard in the morning.

This hotel was the most cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff and upper management with the most helpful caring people I have ever met in my life they make sure we had everything we need. They checked on us to make sure we were comfortable with our room! The breakfast was absolutely amazing hot on time. It was a great start for a busy workday to have breakfast ready. The rooms are very comfortable and nice to sleep in. They have public Wi-Fi for the gas which was amazing because I was doing working from the hotel! I can’t stress enough how amazing the staff in the whole environment was amazing

Anyone can find something wrong with everywhere they stay. But I didn't find one thing that was wrong. Yea thin walls but so what. The staff was very welcoming and nice to me and my son during our stay. Our room was very clean. Air conditioner worked great. The construction didn't bother us one bit. Could barely hear it when we was in our room.

Being on the road all day the card reader decided to act up. Luckily Dulce resolved the problem and had us checked in promptly. Only other problem was the shower door wouldn't close all the way and we had to clean the floor. Hopefully once remodeling is done they will address the details.

It is a very nice Hotel and the staff, Arielle and Alessa made Our stay comfortable and enjoyable

We stayed 2 nights. The place is really clean. Even checked nooks and space behind vanity... Spotless. Beds are comfy, we got a great nights rest. Breakfast was okay, yogurt, cereal, waffles and fruit. They have a nescafe coffee machine that makes good coffee. Community single serve in the rooms. Yum. Pool is small but was clean and enjoyable.

Clay was an amazing person at the front desk! His hospitality for the weekend was great! This hotel was really nice and we will be here again!

We have stayed at this location from the day it was built with no regrets. The rooms are updated with bright lights, and furnishings, and mirrors to make them seem bigger than they are to the eye.

The shower water is awesomely hot with nice granite countertops in the bathrooms. The location is perfectly located to jump to the highway or go to all the restaurants.

Sign up for the rewards program and you will be guaranteed the best rates in South Austin. We normally stay for $90-120 depending on the holiday season. It is the best bang for your buck.

I love this place so much that I ended up paying for another night even though I was supposed to go home. The place is clean and people were friendly. Even the complimentary breakfast was better than expected. They even upgraded our room to a suite. If I ever go to Austin again I am definitely staying here. Highly recommended!

I took a group of students to an event in Austin and we stayed at this hotel in Buda. The kids loved it. The free breakfast was a little weak, but for the price it was really nice. The kids and I especially loved the rooms. Everything is new, clean and modern feeling. The front desk staff was also really nice.

Service was excellent; staff was very courteous and helped us get a room on the first floor as we requested. Rooms were clean, equipped with microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker, and well-stocked with towels and consumables. The hotel is located right off the Cabela's Rd exit on 8-35, very close to Wal-Mart and HEB, and not too far from Starbucks. Overall, we had a great experience with the hotel, and woulld recommend it highly.

Room was very clean and had modern amenities. There was a typical hotel breakfast in the mornings and the employees were very helpful during check in/out. We spent 2 days here in order to attend PAX south and it's easy access to the highway and grocery stores was very convenient.

I have stayed here various times for different occasions including my most recent stay for the ACL Fest, and all I can say is that I loved it. The service is great, hotel is pretty quiet and calm, and the location is great for eating or even travelling to Austin or southwards. Definitely, recommend it for anyone seeking a place close to Austin but at a relative, chill distance. Front desk guy at night is awesome! :) #LetsGuide

We came unknowingly during the week of south by southwest. It is a testament to their service to see what a hotel can pull off (or can't) when at full capacity. They pulled it off with style!! I would definitely recommend this place to friends. They were accommodating to a fault. For example, when my sisters kids decided they wanted to stay the night with us, we asked for a roll away. The man at the front desk was willing to switch our room just to make sure we had enough room for the rollaway. The suite had a small dividing wall that made it impossible to fit. We told him we wanted to stay in the suite. Normally, I would have expected someone to say, "Fine lady, forget the rollaway then!" But they STILL brought it up there to let me try and configure. (They were right, btw). We also asked Devon for about 5 sets of sheets/blankets/extra pillows. And even by the last set, he was still smiling when he gave them to us!

It's comical to me the number of people that expect 5 star amenities at 1 star prices. I travel for business. For years I was a loyal Extended Stay America guy but their commitment to low monthly rates backfired on them and they've become a mainstay for pimps, dealers, & folks that just live in hotels. Rooms that stink of blunts & shady clientele. I've been swayed to Microtel. Sure the fridge ain't very cold (I just bring my cooler inside), and the air conditioner is equipped with eco friendly controls that keep you from pegging it out @ 65° 24/7...but bang for the buck and overall value can't be beat! $79, free wifi, clean place, safe place, excellent staff, decent breakfast....you get WAY more than you pay for at Microtel! If you want 5 star amenities stop being a cheapskate and pay for it homie!
