AT&T Store

Austin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was having issues upgrading my phone online so I came into the store. The issue was resolved in less than 20 minutes & my new phone should be delivered tomorrow. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’m glad that they are the closest AT&T store to me.

I had such amazing customer service from Jesse. I came in this location for help with my new iPhone and he tried everything possible to get everything restored from my old iPhone to my new one. We came through a lot of obstacles but he stayed positive and was sure he was going to get the phone up and working for me. He definitely went over and beyond, I will definitely recommend customers to this location!

I had a fantastic experience at the Buda AT&T. Emily helped me with the entire process and made it a smooth and easy switch. She took the time to make sure everything was set up properly with my new phone and explained everything in detail to me. I greatly appreciate her being so patient and helpful!!! After I had a bad experience at the Kyle AT&T store, I am SO glad I came to the Buda store. Definitely would recommend this location and ask for Emily!! She was AWESOME!!

I had some trouble with my bill. It wasn’t my fault. It was a mistake that they store made. I was worried abt it being fixed but the store manager was so helpful and professional. I never leave reviews. Never! Jesse did a great job and I’ll always remember that there are places that treat customers right and Jesse is leading the charge in Buda at This location.

Emily was so awesome!! My husband and I had a LOT of questions...detailed questions. She, very patiently, spent two hours with us making sure that we got what we wanted and all of our questions answered so that we could walk out feeling good about our purchase. Emily really knows her stuff and does a great job. The Buda location is lucky to have her.

This was a wonderful experience! Everyone at this location was informative, knowledgeable and very friendly - also, patient! I was dreading upgrading my phone, thinking it would be confusing and time consuming. Taylor and Jesse are fabulous and explained everything to me. I highly recommend this location! It is definitely five-star! Buda is so fortunate to have this awesome store!

This location is ideal. No wait and you’re in and out with what you want. Emily and the manager were very nice and knowledgeable and helped us understand and fix a serious issue that happened at the Kyle store. No need to go to a big store and get screwed over like the Kyle location, when you can get everything you need at this store. Will be returning here for future business.

Emily and Alex from the Buda location, helped me out and were very professional. I went here in the store because my SIM card was not working and found out it was the phone not the SIM card. They helped me to get a better plan than I already have. They made a bad situation an amazing experience. Thank you both.

Sending big ups to Luis and his team who helped me upgrade my Galaxy S8 to a S20! Had issues with my phone and wasn't sure of the options I had. Luis walked me through the process, and answered all my crazy questions with patience and made sure I was satisfied with my new plan and new phone.
