Very cool coffee shop with plenty of parallel parking, fun decor, and awesome team!

I love the cat painting outside! Airplane themed inside, and plenty of flavors to choose from.

The coffee was pretty disappointing for me. The oat milk was more so chalky and the coffee was very light. Hints of the different flavors were there for each sample I got for my flights.

The espresso cinnamon roll was soft and fantastic.

I like the place, and the coziness of it. But I do not plan to come back since I came from another part of town.

The coffee is pretty good and they have a huge variety.
HOWEVER, I'm here to talk about their Cinnamon Rolls.
Really!!!?? $3.75 for something so dang delicious!??
Their original, espresso, and gingerbread cinnamon rolls were by far some of the best that I've had, even compared to homemade.

I definitely recommend visiting on a Saturday when they get them in, and try each and everyone of em.

I bought 4 of em, 2 OGs, 1 Espresso and 1 gingerbread. Def coming back soon.

Today I dropped in for a special iced coffee drink! My flavor of choice was their seasonal Gingerbread House Latte. I enjoyed it! As you can see from my picture I sipped half of it down before I could even get my phone out for a picture lol.

Their tables are spaced out well with a window bar as well. If you’d rather sit outside they have a couple of table just for you! On the side of their building bears a beautiful piece of art and some chairs if you’d like.

I parked in the public parking space (Elm Street) behind their building and walked across the street. The Elm Street public parking had a walking path to get in some steps while you’re out and about, beautiful area!

Friendly, pleasant environment with great drinks and yummy bakery treats. We had an almond croissant and orange cranberry muffin, yum! Hubs drank mocha - he reports way better than starbs. I had a delicious London Fog, (sugar free vanilla, half and half) so GOOD! Tea was a bit too hot, I usually request tepid water splash but forgot.

My husband and I love to stop by this coffee shop! Amazing every time, and the staff is really friendly! Definitely a different experience compared to coffee shop chains!

This is one of my favorite coffee spots! Flying Squirrel is super fun, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I love the retro/teal vibe they have going on, and it feels like the staff are having a lot of fun working there. They have so many interesting flavors!! I couldn't decide so I had to go with a flight. I definitely want to go back and try other things!

The staff and the atmosphere are great! The food and drinks were great! The only downside was wanting something heated up, it seems like they are not set up to do that well. To their credit they did try but I think they only have access to a toaster oven so the thing that I wanted heated up was hot and almost burned on the outside but still very cold on the inside. Not a huge deal but good to know ahead of time 🙂 I will definitely be back for a Hunny Bear latte and another delicious cinnamon roll!

This is the coziest coffee shop! It reminds me of shops in England! I can’t wait to go back! The staff is super friendly and sweet!

The creative coffee menu is sure to have a selection for everyone. The staff is amazingly friendly and kind and the drinks were served quickly and absolutely did not disappoint. Great place to hop on the wifi and get some work done as well. Highly recommend this Mansfield gem.

Best coffee shop in town! The vibe/ambiance is always welcoming and comforting. They're always done up for holidays, and it's so nice to be greeted by name. There are always creative, original drinks every month and everything is so good!!

Found my new favorite coffee shop! Everyone was so nice, service was quick and the coffee was amazing. Easily the best coffee I’ve ever had! The have a pretty good selection and is a very comfortable place to get some work done.

Stopped by here on the way to DFW from Houston. Driving up this route for the first time and wanted coffee on the way and decided to stop by this cute name of place. We had drip coffee, an iced latte, and a lemon coffee cake. We liked the coffee and the pastry. The lady who we talked to was welcoming and we felt it was cozy. It was comfortable seating and they had cute St. Patricks Day decorations displayed. Glad to have come here.

This is my absolute FAVORITE coffee shop, and they have entirely ruined Starbucks for me. I would come here for a cup of coffee any day. My favorite coffee is the Texas Rose with soy, and it is delicious. The Texas Rose is made with pistachio and Texas rose. My second favorite is the Fireside, which is white chocolate mocha with gingerbread. Absolutely magnífico. I’ve also had a Bee Happy, which is honey and cinnamon dust and it was good as well. I have yet to try some of their other drinks because I am such a creature of habit, but their lattes go way above and beyond the deliciousness of Starbucks. 10/10 will absolutely get coffee here always.

First time visiting this coffee shop and I was really impressed. The decor is fun and cheeky. There's enough room to meet with friends or in my case a potential client.

I enjoyed a small, hot chai tea and the flavor was delicious. It had great aroma and it's definitely a good cup to start the day.

Overall, this is a must visit.

Went to this hidden gem yesterday, absolutely wonderful. The customer service, the lattes and the blueberry muffins were everything! Even got to get some work done with the free wifi. I will definitely be coming back!

This place has more five-star reviews than most. What does this imply? Enough people recommend it. It’s worth a try. No fear of regret.
I can’t remember what coffee I ordered, but it was mainstream. Nothing out of the ordinary. I think it was a mocha cappuccino. My wife tried the orange-flavored Edgar Allan Poe. I liked mine. She did not. I guess it shows the risk of trying new drinks.
There's not much choice in food. We ordered a blueberry muffin. Good, but nothing special. I would stick to the coffee.
The staff were friendly. The father of the owner was a pilot. This is where the name came from. This is why, there's aviation decor.
For me, it’s the atmosphere which stands out. Full of eclectic objects with an aviation theme. Yet, it was cozy. It feels like the opposite of a modern café like Starbucks. Everyone I saw seemed relaxed. It’s a quiet place to escape. Bring your laptop and chill out.

Good coffee, good service. I tried this place while in town and liked the vibe and the product. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed a good coffee and conversation w a friend while we sat on couches and felt like we were at a cozy home. Free wifi.

The barista was friendly and helpful. I had a delicious chicken salad in croissant and they heated up a piece of lemon cake for me. I had the seasonal chai cider drink. It was good, but could've had a bit more spices. Great atmosphere.
