La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mansfield TX

Trina, at the front desk is marvelous. The place is SUPER CLEAN. The breakfast was fantastic. The location is PERFECT...all kinds of places are truly just walking distance. This hotel with its friendliness, cleanliness, pricing & location is the perfect place to stay ...a home away from home.

So I’ve been staying here for the past couple of days. Miss tami the manager is an ANGEL IN DISGUISE. I’m literally due for labor soon and I’m trying to stay as close to my doctor as possible. This woman has made my stay so comfortable. She went above and beyond to make sure I was good. Literally made me cry! The housekeeping lady is so sweet and has such a warm personality. She speaks and waves. Literally the entire staff is awesome. I’m so blessed and thank You Jesus for good people in this world still.

This was a nice stay. The hotel was clean. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast attendant was not mindful of her area but she got it situated after 30 minutes. The breakfast was delicious once we got to eat. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and the AC and the heater worked great. The pool and hot tub were also clean and the kids had a blast swimming. The location of the hotel was also good. Close to many different areas. They decorated for Christmas overnight and our kids loved seeing the tree lit up. We will make this one of the hotels we book on future trips.

Rooms were clean, but housekeeping should wait before coming in. My son was in the bathroom when we were getting ready to check out. She walked right in, saying "housekeeping " as she came in the room. Other than that, everything was great!

It was the perfect spot and plenty of food attractions. We got upgraded to Suite, which was very nice. I'll come back!!!

While this was very nice and clean and they even serve breakfast 😳😋😋😋 .. we was you there for thanksgiving to see my family and omg they have indoor pool and a gym it was soo clean. Guest and even the employees was very nice we I say good morning or if i need help with something.. I love it here

Everything is nice and clean and everyone is friendly the only problem we had was there was no water pressure in our shower which made it very difficult to shower.

Before leaving home I read the reviews. My experience was the opposite of all the negative comments. I stayed 5 days with only one complaint--the code cards to access my room routinely went blank. You cannot keep the cards near any electronic devices. Not the TV not your phone. So don't put the card in one pocket and your phone in the other.

Hotel was clean and the staff all very friendly. Stephanie in house keeping was amazing. We had issues with are keys to our room. But she verified it was not the keys. Think the door battery must have been dead. Instead of sending is down to go get a new room. She let us pick the new room (same type) and took care of exchanging everything down stairs. She brought the new keys up. After a long 12 hour drive it was so appreciated.

I am extremely happy with my stay so far. I showed up in the evening due to some unforeseen circumstances. As soon as I walked in the lobby the first thing I noticed was how clean it smelled. Which might be off putting to some, but I personally believe it's a great thing when checking into a hotel. Candace got me all checked in and was so accommodating. Her customer service skills are truly unmatched. We got up to our room and was pleased to find it in immaculate condition as well. The ac being turned down already was a nice bonus, so we weren't walking into a stuffy room. Honestly all around I don't think I have a bad thing to say.

Master class in excellent guest service. We showed up at our designated check in time and was told we would have to wait half and hour. We waited and then we’re told we would have to wait an additional fourty five minutes.

This completely ruined our dinner plans, and we were very frustrated and were about to cancel and go to another hotel closer to downtown with availability when we were called thirty minutes later to be informed our room was ready.

However, because of these struggles, we were given a room upgrade and a room at the end of the hallway. The bigger room and location/proximity to the stairs allowed us to easily take our dogs out so we didn’t bother people and we had no issues the rest of our stay.

Times are tough, staff is hard to come by, and stuff happens. I’m happy LaQuinta worked to make things right. I will make sure this hotel is at the top of our list the next time we come to Mansfield.

I had a great experience here, the staff were always trying to help out and rapidly supplying any material we needed. The indoor pool was well kept and not too cold. The rooms were nice and clean.

Our stay was great! They could update their mattresses. The only complaint and it wasn't LaQuinta's fault was another person/s snuck their dog in and they left. The dog continuously BARKED! We reported it to the front desk. The person/s were asked to pay a pet deposit. They refused, so they were asked to leave. Excellent customer service. Oh by the way, the tubs are deep and have a jacuzzi. Heaven!!! Lol!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location. The rooms are a good size. House keepers are friendly. The front desk representative Hannah was very personable and attentive. If we return to the area we will be sure to book here again!

This past weekend we had a mix up with the dates for my bridal shower at another hotel so we had to move the location 2 hours prior to start time. I call the LaQuinta Inn and their meeting room was available. They worked very quickly to accommodate us and the shower was a hit! We had a great time! The staff was very accommodating and everything worked out perfectly fine!

I stay at many hotels 3.5 stars and down...yes I am poor but anyways this one has got me stuck it's the best by far!! Great staff they are very workable. Great breakfast for what it is. That lady works her self to death ...housekeeping don't bother you like most places 9am banging on the door and your still staying another 2 days . not there guys thank God laundry onsite it's clean not filthy like every other one I have been to sorry take that back two other were ok....ok done with this review because i can go on !!!

Very clean rooms, clean and comfortable beds, accept furry friends and had biscuits, gravy, sausage and eggs along with other food available for free breakfast. Pool is indoors so you don't have to worry about the weather. Priced fairly. would come again

I stayed with a friend while she was in town. Had a great experience. Staff was fantastic. Made you feel right at home. Told us all the great things they had to offer the young man that helped us was in training and doing an amazing job. I wouldnt have know that he was training, he looked like he been doing the job for a while. I would recommend this place for sure. Go and stay here and check it out yourself, you wont regret it.
